Huge damage, but the bigger issue is her spiders. Pets poop on this Artemis build.

Lots of damage over time. The biggest issue is her ult though. Anything that restricts artemis from landing basic attacks is deadly as hell.

I said this build is best for when you're in someone's grill. That's still true. But Chang'e does that even better than this build on Artemis. She can heal herself, almost outdamage you, heavily CC you, and use here ****ty ****ing little immunity ability to get out of your traps or ult. There's hardly anything to do against her, and she is an utter pain in the *** - while fighting you alone, or when fighting against you with her team. What a piece of **** character, about as bad as Loki or Ymir.

Artemis hurts, there is no contesting that. But when she has so much CC, an ult that gives you 1.5 seconds of CC immunity, and a tendency to bring herself closer to an enemy. So, why not build her a bit tanky? Call me crazy... well, you're right. This is another one of my stupid, marginally acceptable builds for a hero staple of mine. I don't play Artemis too much, so take this build however you will. When I do play Artemis, since I don't have a hard escape, I always want more survivability. So, why not build that? This is my 3rd iteration of that attempt, and I finally think it's in a pretty good place. As always, let me know what you think. Thank you.

Transcendence is the most bang-for-the-buck 3rd tier item in the game. That's my belief. Bringing Artemis into jungle practice, even when I don't build much mana, I gain around 100 physical power from transcendence. And 10% CDR. And a near-eternal amount of mana sustain. From one item! It is an expensive item, but how can that value not justify shelling out the money for it? That being said, expect me to build it on all my hunters - unless it gets nerfed, or I'm doing an uber-wonky-zany-wacky-****ty build.
Pros
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Owner, I know you've got specific intent with this build, but it's just not one I'd suggest to anyone, no offense. If you're looking to take advantage of her passive's relationship to CC, then your best bet is to go a traditional crit route that includes
Warrior tabi
Transcendence
Atalanta's bow
The executioner
Qin's sais
Bloodforge
Warrior tabi
Devourer's gauntlet
Rage
The executioner
Deathbringer
Qin's sais
Overall, it is an extremely bad idea to not get boots on a god with no escape.
Since you have to buy other attack speed items like the executioner, Atalanta's bow and toxic blade will be getting you really close to overcapping attack speed (especially after using your 2nd skill).
I am downvoting your guide until it is fixed. For reference on how to build artemis in the meta, see this guide:

Some top tier duelists (NShadow, Sexi Rexsi, SamDaDude) seem to prefer
So overall, my only questionable picks are
Here are videos of the duelists I was mentioning earlier:
IDK who this is, but the video (although not being english) was still interesting
- Alright, base of the build is
Transcendence. This isn't a bad item due to the high power, and the CDR is nice, but I DO question the need for that much mana. In all honesty, how much would you run out of mana? I would think you should be able to manage well enough with a couple of mana potions...or at most, a likely well-invested
Chalice of Mana to tide you over through the match.
- MS isn't needed as much in this mode. I can get behind looking for a way not to have to get Tabi. Splitting MS between
Atalanta's Bow and
Toxic Blade is a unique way to do this...though I'd probably say it's situational when you'd pick up
Toxic Blade to begin. Sustain is an important thing in this mode in some ways, so the likelihood of facing an enemy with either lifesteal or healing is probably pretty high...you don't want to get poked a couple of times and automatically have to back. That's a way to lose lane quickly.
- Speaking of sustain, for those exchanges or danger in enemy poke (like what if you're facing
Thoth?), this is where the need for Trans comes into more question, and I wonder if
Devourer's Gauntlet is perhaps the better choice, just so you have a better measure of health sustain. Even if you decide to get a buff camp, if you don't have any sustain (other than potions) your health is going to be ticking down.
Runeforged Hammer seems like another item that's questionable, but I get it. When you really go all-in, you're likely to have the enemy under CC for a decent amount of the time. Root, 2 second slow, stun. The health also gives you a measure of extra survivability.
- As for the 6th item, these mostly all make some sense. Frost has more health (makes up a bit if you don't get lifesteal), and its CC means Rune will always apply.
Brawler's Beat Stick is overkill. The other stats are great, but you might be better served considering other items.
As a summary, yeah, I get your concept here. You're getting a lot of utility out of your choices. And if you don't in fact need all that mana (which again, I'm not sure, cuz you're only fighting one person, so when you go all-in, it's unlikely to be something you will do often), then part of the item's stats are a bit wasted. In a duel situation, you probably want your build to be as efficient as possible.
But maybe you don't mind educating me on what it actually is like, and how much sustain would actually help. Would be interested to hear your feedback.
Shifter's is a solid item overall, especially for the high power...but part of this item's defense is going to be wasted.
BF is a good item overall, but if you're only facing one enemy...you probably don't need that shield if you kill them. If you're going to want that lifesteal, this is again pointing me toward getting Devo's over Trans.
If you're getting Toxic Blade, I'm thinking
That said, I think more of a focus in counter-building would probably help, as you don't really have any of those options. Your 6th item options, while maybe okay, leave a lot to be desired.
And of course, I would expect the common build option for Art in a duel situation would be crit with
EDIT: Also the build isn't in any particular order.
The double-hammer concept is interesting, but those are 2 slots that could be used by other things...depends what else you would build, but even though they have power, they don't have any pen (flat pen is probably better).
Exe is fine as a base pen item, as it will provide the equivalent of 21 pen against a level 20 enemy that builds 0 protection, though in duel, I'd expect at least 1 counter item containing protection. Add some further flat pen to that, and you're starting to get closer to true damage.
The problem with your build is that
Art isn't a very high-tiered goddess in duel and your build is just asking to be blown up by someone who knows how to counter build her and can be aggressive early. Also, you should prioritize
