PASSIVE - Your next basic attack on an enemy god creates a 30 unit shockwave of frost around them, slowing the Movement Speed and Attack Speed of enemy gods in the area by 25% for 3s. This effect can only occur once every 3 seconds.

Frostbound Hammer can only be purchased by Assassins and Warriors.

Viability / General Use: High viability. Physical bruiser item that allows basic attackers to apply a temporary movement and attack speed slow on their targets.

Advantages: High health for bruisers, good control.

Disadvantages: Weak offensive stats, no penetration or protections. Passive only applies via basic attacks.

Restrictions: Physical gods only.

Discussion: This is an item that is very functional for basic attackers looking to add a movement and attack speed slow to their kit. Great for gods that have limited CC, or are looking to keep enemies close for their team to focus.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
