Discussion: This is a pure offensive item with good power and penetration, and is used very specifically to counter enemy healing of all types (lifesteal, self healing, group healing, Meditation Cloak, HP5). Can be built at all stages of a match, but typically better built later, when healing abilities are generally stronger.
