I'm sticking to the name that is used in the in game store, which is Telkhines Ring (without an apostrophe). With that said, Hi-Rez does sometimes spell it "Telkhine's Ring" in patch notes, so apparently they're not entirely sure what to make of it either :^)
I was just pointing out that they (that is, whoever writes item names over at HiRez) treat the two names ending in S as if they were plural, which some people don't (that is, some people would write it with -s's at the end). Emphasis on AS IF.
Why is everybody acting as if I made a mistake? (I even checked the exact same page Bran is linking to before I posted.)
The names weren't plural. It's just the bow of Odysseus and the pendant of Chronos.
It's the same as "Titan's" except the s behind it drops off because, as you know, you don't write an s after the apostrophe if the word / name already ends with an s.

telkhines are sea creatures in mythology, so a s' would have made more sense

Might need a new grammarlord.
Even the Chief Lord makes mistakes.
