+10% Cooldown Reduction

PASSIVE – Dealing 100 damage to enemy gods gives you a stack. At 50 stacks Shaman's Ring evolves, gaining a new passive.

EVOLVED PASSIVE - Successfully hitting a god with a damaging ability causes them to become debuffed, taking 10% additional damage from your subsequent abilities and basic attacks for 10s.

Had a look at this item again, and after speaking to Wlfy and testing myself, it has pretty good synergy with Rod of Tahuti (and he mentioned that he didn't know why some pros were building Shaman's Ring without Rod of Tahuti). I can even make ability based Chronos work with the dreaded section III with Evolved Shaman's and Tahuti, one shotting squishies (Ra, Thor and Neith at level 20 - also not including protection from support auras) in jungle practice. Otherwise, without Shaman's, I would usually have to have a soul gem or poly basic in the build to gurantee a hit. And the fact that it enhances auto attacks too makes it not too bad on Chronos. There was a couple of builds that worked but the main one included: book of thoth, cdr/pen boots, deso (divine wouldn't lead to one-shot on Thor/Neith), obs shard, shaman's ring, tahuti. (can sell boots for book of dead late - not 100% sure you can still one shot with it though). Also this was without Red pot because I was near the power cap and im not sure if Section III allows you to bypass the magical power cap.

Also due to this I believe one could consider Shaman's on Sol, as Eledee lists on their Sol guide:
but only if building Rod of Tahuti. "Shaman's Ring is good on Sol because it boosters he combo to a 1shot level combo. Not to mention when getting dove the bonus damage on 4 skills is really nice. "

Unless it's changed only flat power from items caps at 900. Pots and passive effects will increase it.

Can people stop building this on Sol? The only ability you would get ok use from this is her ult after using the 2. And Telkhines gives much better basic attack damage anyway.

I usually only build it on Zeus for the extra power and movement speed.

For Zeus I can see an argument due to low mobility, however, the best use of this item is enhancing mage builds that focus on base damage with penetration.
