Rush
Warrior Tabi. No reason for any other boots.
The flat penetration of the
Mace tree gives
Da Ji the ability to kill squishy targets quite quickly with her base combo and complements her early to mid-game pressure-heavy playstyle, while the power provides a good base for her early damage.
If you are ahead or even your best option would be
Transcendence due to its high power and extra cooldown reduction.
However, if you are behind, or if your first choice for the mace was
Brawler's Beat Stick, getting a quick
Arondight would be the better option, because it provides high power and instant cooldown reduction. I personally value Transendence regardless as I get
Jotunn's Wrath most of the time.
Your fourth item and a core item for
Da Ji will always be
Hydra's Lament.
Late game your 5th and 6th items are most likely going to be
Bloodforge and
Heartseeker.
Depending on what you are struggling with you get these 2 items in different orders:

Patch 7.10 - She is as strong as before and the nerf to
Hide of the Nemean Lion helps her out ever so slightly but nothing changed about the build or her.
