Well I was playing league for a bit today, my team mate was a Nemesis and pretty much wrecked and chased everyone around the map.
The person picked Nemesis because the other team picked Zhong Kui so they wanted to counter him, I assume they ment her ult would counter him since he is tanky as hell and Nemesis can shred him.
I want to make her into a warrior/assassin hybrid, where an assassin build and a warrior build, or even one in between, are all equally viable. This will be reflected in the ideas.
Passive Idea #1: Damage Multiplier
Nemesis applies a debuff on all of her abilities and basic attacks that increases damage to the target by 5%, and decreases the target deals by 5%, lasts 3 seconds, max 3 stacks.
Basically, if you slap someone three times, whether with abilities or basics, ALL damage you deal to them is increased by 15%. It could be the reflection from Retribution, Mystical Mail, or even Qin's Sais, it's all increased. Similarly, all damage the target deals is decreased.
Assassins will appreciate this passive greatly for duels and single target assassination. It also synergizes very well with crits, lifesteal, and The Executioner and Qin's Sais.
Bruisers would like this for the debuff for teamfights, longer engagements, as well as for general tankiness. 15% damage reduction shouldn't be too strong, while still remaining significant. It also increases the base damage of your abilities, which helps.
Note: This does not affect raw damage.
Passive Idea #2: Damage Reflection
Nemesis stores 10% (+5% of your physical power) of the raw, unmitigated damage she receives and unleashes it on her next basic attack against an enemy god as magical damage. Damage is capped at 250 + 25 per level, to a maximum of 750 damage at level 20.
Basically, if Ao's ultimate has 2200 base damage, and you get hit by it, whether you live or die and respawn, you get to slap on 220 extra damage on your next basic attack. This includes damage taken from jungle creeps, minions, etc.
Assassins will love this for the burst damage you get, on top of having more efficient damage conversion rates for stacking power.
Bruisers will love this since stacking protections doesn't diminish the damage you convert - at least, not by much, not to mention this passive can deal a lot of sustained damage.
Passive Idea #Just4Fun
Nemesis reflects every debuff she applies as a buff to herself. The Executioner increases her defenses, Frostbound Hammer improves her move speed, witch blade becomes a decent item, Weakening Curse doubles her healing and grants ridiculous move speed, etc.
Is this balanced? Probably not. Is it funny as hell? **** yes.
Either way, her passive is lackluster and needs a rework.
Dash Idea #1: Charge System
The dash holds up to two charges, and the "cooldown" is how long it takes to stack up another charge. Basically, it's the old dash, only you split the two dashes and can cast them separately.
Why? QoL buff, mostly.
Dash Idea #2: Recast
Dash can be recast within 2 seconds, like Ares' Shackles, and you can still basic attack and cast other abilities before dashing again.
Why? QoL buff that isn't quite as strong as the above.
Dash Idea A: Optional
This one can be slapped on to the others. What if her dash chunked for a good amount, maybe give it 50% scalings? Or applied a debuff or something?
It's just more interesting to have a dash that does something useful enough to use it for something other than blindly chasing. Makes for more interesting changes.
Like, what if you could recast the dash if you hit with it, up to three or even four times? No other champion uses this kind of dash as an attack, and no, Serqet doesn't count because she has five billion other dashes and her Q might as well be a cone attack. This will actually have consequences, you will basically be burning your chase skill for better damage or something.
These changes are just general improvements to her mobility, as well as making her kit a lot more flexible and free-flowing. Like it should.
Slice and Dice...it's not the worst skill in the world...barely. To be honest, very few skills are worse than it. Warrior's Will gives CDR. slither gives slow immunity and a good amount of speed. Eat Minion gives valuable sustain. tangled web gives a giant AoE ranged slow. I guess Searing Flesh or transgressors fate are worse.
Slice Idea #1: Damage Boost w/Cooldown Reduction
Up the scalings to 50% per hit, 100% for the double hit, remove CC, reduce cooldown to 7 seconds.
This will make her clear time not totally ****. Assassins will like the high scalings for chunking people. Bruisers would like the sustained damage. CDR also won't be a necessity.
Slice Idea #2: Damage Boost w/CC
Still up the scalings to 100%, but keep the CC and the cooldown.
Assassins like the damage and CC, bruisers like just the CC.
In both cases, you get a skill that doesn't deal completely garbage damage.
Retribution is so inefficient it needs a rework.
Shield Idea #1: Good Old...
Old 1 second of invincibility. Maybe make it 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds long. In addition, Nemesis should be affected by CC but the shield shouldn't break.
This is good for both bruisers and assassins. Assassins would love the damage reflected to counter other assassins and protect themselves from focus fire, while bruisers could make better use of the healing it provides, as well as the damage that doesn't depend on power. Overall, despite the fact that it doesn't scale with power, I'd say it works equally well for both assassins and bruisers. It's almost a pure bruiser skill, but having a second of invincibility is any assassin's wet dream.
The buff to it is because it honestly wasn't that effective. Everything in Smite has a **** ton of CC attached, and making it weak to CC destroys its use. Every ****ing assassin in this game hard CCs before dealing damage, along with 90% of the mages. In this environment, it NEEDS to be preserved through hard CC.
Shield Idea #2: Shield Power!
Grants 100/200/300/400/500 shield health (+100% of your physical power) for three seconds. Cost = 50 mana. Healing/Reflection is based on RAW damage.
Now scales with physical power to reward assassins. Duration and cost helps for jungle sustain, and general use.
For assassins, they can get up to 800 extra health, and at most, 400 healing. Which helps lots. Bruisers get even more use of the extra health, even if they don't get as much of it, and the fact that it relies on raw damage over mitigated damage makes it amazing for bruisers. To be honest, this is best for bruisers, but assassins should still like it, although they'd prefer the invincibility.
In both cases, the reflection heal/damage is based on RAW damage. If the healing and damage reflect were based on mitigated damage, it would essentially be mitigated twice from your and the enemy's protections, making it deal pathetic damage. This way is much better.
As for Nem's ultimate, honestly, the protections steal makes zero sense. She's an assassin, she's supposed to target squishy folks, not the tanks.
There are so many components to the ultimate, I decided to simply make a list of the possible ideas to add in. Mix and match them at leisure.
Current Ones
- Steals 30/35/40/45/50% move speed
- Steals 30/35/40/45/50% of protections
- Deals 30/35/40/45/50% of target's current health as damage
- Debuff and buff both last 5 seconds
I'd like to remove the protections buff, for reasons as stated above. The health and move speed can be tweaked.
Ideas
- Passive #2 and Shield now deal true damage.
- Move speed is doubled when moving toward marked target.
- Percent of Nem's attacks and abilities deal true damage to the marked target.
- Nemesis is healed for the difference between her and the target's health. Target is damaged for the difference. If Nem's health is higher, this effect will not work.
- Percentage of target enemy's power is stolen.
- Nemesis gains damage reduction against all but the marked target.
- Nemesis becomes immune to all CC except from the marked target.

Are you nuts? Everyone agreed that Guan was underpowered as hell. He was put up BEFORE they changed his Taolu Assault. The day the patch came, I moved on.
Are you even reading the thread? If you're wondering why Guan Yu seemed to have more rework ideas than other suggestions (suggestions that you didn't even bother to acknowledge, it seems), you'd see that people just gave vague little things like "I wish Conviction was stronger" or "Guan needs his old Taolu Assault back." I can't squeeze water out of a stone. Try naming one time in this thread where I did not post someone's idea in a summary.

That was already tried. It didn't work, and ended up as mass chaos of random suggestions that were never organized. There was too much chaos, too much moving over old ground, there was no progress.
