Jing Wei's most noticeable nerf appears in season four. Her base health, per level hp scaling, and movement speed have been reduced.
Rapid Reincarnation Lost one second on its flight time, and
Agility lost its basic attack movement penalty immunity.
But hey, at least
Agility gets a mana cost reduction!
Wind Demon and poisoned star gain attack speed. Nice addition to the star tree.
Silverbranch bow now directly counters magical ADCs. Perhaps i'll reduce Freyas difficulty rating by '1'.
Soul eater is in a weird new spot. It's no longer viable on hunters as far as I know.
Hastened Fatalis is an auto attack hunters best friend. Prepare for it in Season 4.

Jing Wei got a well deserved nerf. Agility has an increased cooldown, and explosive bolts saw a 5% reduction to crit. Positioning will be more important now, but this probably still wont drop her from S tier.

Odysseus' Bow got a price drop! Get ready to start seeing some new builds!
Poisoned Star got more power! Get more bang for your buck with this utility item now!

Ninja Tabi is seeing a +5% buff in attack speed, and a bonus 100 mana. This is a viable option for her late game now!

So to answer you question, yes, these builds are highly for competitive play, and I recommend you follow either Build 1, build 2, or build 5 for the highest functioning
- Deathbringer is expensive. I believe it's the most expensive Physical (power) item, at 3.2k gold.
- Deathbringer's damage output decreases severely if it's bought as a standalone critical hit item. That's because 20% is almost nothing, and you won't get much critical hits, resulting in DB's passive not being used as often.
- The cooldown on her 2,
Therefore, you should probably follow the build order as given. What you can do:
If the enemy has no tanks or lacks good physical defenses, you could buy

Just curious, why is DB not in your main S4 build after item swaps? DB is almost always the key item in any crit build, as it will drastically increase her DPS.
I understand the reasons for getting Poisoned...lower price, and in 1v1, the damage mitigation is huge. Not so helpful in teamfights. The lower crit chance is offset to a degree by her
I understand the reasons for getting Wind...when combining with Fatalis, it gives her some amazing juking, and the 30% attack speed (when the passive is activated) is significant.
I understand the reason for getting Fatalis...if you're used to having that ability in her kit, it can be tough to live without it. The added pen is also functional.
I get it...you're always going to be substituting one function for another...but in the end, I find it tough to say that the added burst from
If you really like the added attack speed from Wind Demon, another substitution (with compromises, of course) would be to switch

At this point, sort of need to consider this a partial S4 update, which I think is somewhat detailed in your update status...you didn't touch matchups, which are incomplete with regard to listing all matchups, and also has some possibly incorrect/outdated info. Example, right now, Iza would be closer to a 10/10 difficulty, due to her clearing potential. You talk about mediocre pick in SPL, but right now she's been a super strong pick for early snowball.

I've been immersed with the overall intensity that S4 brought to Jing Wei. Her level 1 clear is rancid, and has some very low teamfight potential early and mid game.
That being said, In my highly tested opinions on how she functions,
About the whole ordeal with DB, I was thinking about adding it into the S4 build, but after hearing the complaints about atk speed on PS and Wind demon, I couldn't just ignore it. No one's arguing that the DMG isn't there with
I could change Wind Demon to a 'situational pick' for if you're underleveled, I do agree that DB is superior.
Aside from that, I haven't forgotten about the hunter matchups yet. I was still currently testing the matchups and wanted a little more variety instead of just 'Izanami is de best'. Yeah...poor Jing...went from top tier to basically unused...and F Iza and Apollo...I particularly hate Apollo...just don't like him, don't like playing him, etc. Anyway, unless HR does something else, you've got your work cut out for you.
So this is without testing, just theoretical numbers, but...if her clear is that awful, here are my arguments for Warrior, though it doesn't quite work out the same due to different starts. Actually, I'm just going to think through my fingers, if you don't mind.
What I feel is perfectly fine though is that Jing Wei's passive perfectly syncs with the

If enemies attempt to bully you, you can out power them with your movement speed and basic attack power alone, leaving you relatively safe.
One of the things that I can't stress enough is how annoying it is for your buffs and the oracle harpies to be stolen from you from hunters that clear the lane with their eyes closed. Not only does this put you behind in gold, but in buffs and xp too.
I'm still keeping up with the newest SPL matches, and learning more about the new hunter meta overall. It's a dirty subject with a lot of new holes to dive into, so this is my best take at a build to keep her viable!

How much do you need to consider it high ?
Rank 1, it gives 4 hp per second, so 20 HP5.
Rank 5, it gives 12 hp per second, so 60 HP5.

So at rank 2, it does more HP5 than the better item for that stat, I don't think it's that low.
Another reason why AMC is very good in Assault.
first of all, the foundation for your guide is pretty great. you've got the right idea if what you need to cover for the most part.
however, i have a lot of things to say.

pretty great! i still dont belive in starting with [[ninja tabi[[ as warrior is simply better for clear and you can swap warrior for ninja later, but overall, happy with that.

the guide has really improved ever since. however, you lack a definitive gameplay section (early, mid, late game, teamfights, objectives).
you also still fail to explain
combos:
you don't gank, you flank. (In military tactics, a flanking maneuver, or flanking manoeuvre (also called a flank attack), is an attack on the sides of an opposing force. If a flanking maneuver succeeds, the opposing force would be surrounded from two or more directions, which significantly reduces the maneuverability of the outflanked force and its ability to defend itself.
that's all i have to say for that. i will say that your first combo is more fitting to be a flank combo, and your gank combo is a kill securing one in lane.
other than that, i have no more complaints.
guide content 7.5/10 (cause of lacking gameplay section, this robs the guide of a complete in depth summary. other than that, the guide will be pretty amazing once you add that and fix the others)
