Anyone know if the attack speed debuff from this stacks with witchblade, frostbound or midgardian?

Estidien tested this a while ago.

If I remember correctly, the AS reduction from Ichaival + Frostbound Hammer do stack, but Witchblade doesn't.

What about midgardian?

Stacking AS can combine with flat, but if you have 2 flat only the stronger of the two will apply. Check the word of Thoth, as it explains.

"There are a few items that have attack speed reduction on them, such as Horriﬁc Emblem, Midgardian Mail, Witchblade, Ichiaval and Frostbound Hammer. Attack Speed decreases will ’generally’ look for the most powerful one, so Witchblade and Frostbound won’t stack together for 30% AS reduction, but this rule is broken by any item that has a stacking attack speed slow,such as Ichiaval or Midgardian, which will work in tandem. The same applies for god attack speed slows: only the highest one will apply."

What's "god attack speed slows"? Ones from abilities?

So Midgardian and Ichaival stack? And Midgardian (or Ichaival) will stack with Witchblade (or Frostbound). So pairing witchblade with frostbound will just use the stronger AA-debuff?

Viability / General Use: High viability. Aggressive item used by physical, basic-attacking gods to gain a boxing advantage against other basic-attacking enemies. Usually purchased mid to late-game.

Advantages: Quickly stacks for high power, with good attack speed. Strong counter against other basic attackers.

Disadvantages: Need to hit basics on the target to gain the advantage. Doesn't provide penetration.

Restrictions: Physical gods only.

Discussion: This is a high power item that can be purchased mid-game to gain a boxing advantage against a lane enemy, or late-game to enhance Qin's or crit builds due to the high power and attack speed. The somewhat high price isn't enough of a deterrent to its purchase, as the stats are very strong.
