Viability / General Use: High viability. Used by basic-attacking gods for sustain purposes via lifesteal. Most popular for Assassins and Hunters.

Advantages: Situationally very high lifesteal. Has good attack speed and flat penetration, along with a small amount of power, to provide well-rounded stats.

Disadvantages: Power is somewhat low, cost is a bit on the higher side.

Restrictions: Physical gods only.

Discussion: The lifesteal this provides at low health is incredible, and can be the difference-maker in a boxing match. The other stats it provides makes it a perfect item for any basic attacker that hasn't built lifesteal elsewhere.

It can also be considered as a second lifesteal item to give incredible sustain, and to partially counter anti-heal and damage reflection items.

I think DV-8 is thinking about context. Devo's and BF also "counter" damage reflect to an extent, solely due to the lifesteal aspect. But the passive on triggers at lower health, and has ~10% higher lifesteal than Devo's. It's that specific functionality that makes it stand out compared to the others.
