Advantages: Situationally very high lifesteal. Has good attack speed and flat penetration, along with a small amount of power, to provide well-rounded stats.
Disadvantages: Power is somewhat low, cost is a bit on the higher side.
Restrictions: Physical gods only.
Discussion: The lifesteal this provides at low health is incredible, and can be the difference-maker in a boxing match. The other stats it provides makes it a perfect item for any basic attacker that hasn't built lifesteal elsewhere.
It can also be considered as a second lifesteal item to give incredible sustain, and to partially counter anti-heal and damage reflection items.
