Site Improvement Thread - Post Any / All Suggestions Here!

Hi everyone,

Thought I'd create a sticky thread. Feel free to post/repost any suggestions you have on improvements you would like to suggest for the site.

Where possible, please provide examples and descriptions to help us better understand your thought process.

I'm going to comment as I remember of things that should be improved. For now, I'll be nitpicky and mention the "PREV 10"/"NEXT 10" buttons on the front page: they are very confusing, and mentioning that there are 10 isn't necessary. I'd change them to simply "NEWER" and "OLDER".

This is a source of info for the actual people that have power to reference.

As an FYI, as Moderator, I have absolutely 0 power. I can't control ****, and Wayne insults me daily with no repercussions. Feelsbadman.

A group of people or just one person who are responsible for removing troll builds. Then comes the dilemma of what is a troll build and what is not, and if it's morally okay to remove someone else's content that they believe is right.

Before the overhauled upvote/downvote system comes in 20 years, can we have the option to rename the build tabs? i don't imagine it should be that hard to implement.

So e.g. instead of Build 1 , Build 2 etc... It can be Mid, ADC, etc...

Yes I know you can name the actual build itself, but it's confusing to people unfamiliar with smitefire, and it may not be obvious that the "build 2" tab is where builds for another role are unless I can rename it. How do I know this? I've provided a smitefire link to one of my builds before and they couldn't find the builds that were not on the first page.

hmm... I honestly did not think any competent individual would have a hard time looking through the various tabs to find a specific build. I mean, each of your tabs clearly represent a certain role (mid/solo/etc).

They probably didn't realise the tabs for build 1, build 2 etc... would link you to a new page.

They should improve up/down vote system, showing how much up and down votes your guide has and which vote each person voted.

Plus, they could make easier you use your photo as your avatar.

Also they could make forums somehow more visible and encourage people use it.

And if possible, more awards for guides, like most updated guide...
