Replace Hunter's Blessing with Wind Demon to play up Artemis' passive.
I will add a build order soon.
This build plays up to Artemis's passive Still Target, which gives her passive crit chance based on auto attacks. Devourer's Gauntlet is an obvious choice, giving her good lifesteal at full stacks. Ninja's Tabi gives Artemis more attack speed and a decent amount of power. Instead of building Ichival into Odysseus's Bow like most people (*Cough* BaRRaCCuDDa *Cough*) I like to rush O-Bow in order to help with her lane clear.. which isn't the best. Executioner and Qin's Sais are excellent items as they help Artemis shred through tank's protections and help her melt squishies even more. Finally, Wind Demon adds more crit chance to her kit and adds attack speed, allowing you to annoy people even more with her passive.
This is my personal favorite Artemis build, as it works almost no matter what the enemy team is. Early game, you might struggle a little bit, but I find that once O-Bow is online, there is really no stopping you. Thanks for reading! :)

Here is the two ways I would build her:
Build 1: Devourer's Gauntlet, Warrior Tabi, Qin's Sais, The Executioner, Titan's Bane and either Odysseus' Bow or Bloodforge.
Build 2: Devourer's Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi, Poisoned Star, The Executioner, Deathbringer, Wind Demon. (Alternatively you can get Magi's Cloak instead of Wind Demon if against dangerous hard CC on enemy team, e.g. enemy jungler is Hun Batz.)
Im a little new to smite, i do have a question about the 2 builds you commented on. Is build #1 more for tanky gods? since you're using Qin? While build #2 is dealing more with squishy enemies? If im wrong on anything, my bad... still quite new to the scene. Just trying to get the hang of everything.
thanks in Advance

If most gods are squishy, or you're at least able to deal more 1v1 against squishies and don't have to worry as much about tanks, then crit builds are generally better for the burst potential.
One thing to note about Art...she's got 2 things that steer me away from a Qin's build.
NOW...in the case that you're up against a tanky enemy comp, this is one of the few situations where I might consider the addition of a late Qin's Sais to a crit build. The last item in a build is almost always situational/preference. This is where it can slot in well. Something like this build:
Devourer's Gauntlet, Warrior Tabi, The Executioner Deathbringer, Wind Demon, Qin's Sais.
You may not easily get a full build in a quick arena match unless you're fed, as this is pretty expensive, but it's an option at least.
So I would say you have a lot more flexibility with Artemis than with other hunters, due to her powerful steroid and her passive crit chance.
Keep in mind, it's not necessarily bad to overcap AS situationally...when your steroid is down, higher base AS will keep you effective. And because her steroid is so strong, it's very easy to overcap without building much AS. Just don't need to overdo it.
So...my main preferred build would probably be: Devourer's Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi, The Executioner, Rage, Deathbringer, Situational (maybe Poisoned Star or Brawler's Beat Stick). Crit rush would delay The Executioner a bit...either after Rage or DB, depending on how tanky enemies are. This build will give you 85-100% crit chance if you get PS, and a base 1.84 AS with Vengeful inactive, and slightly overcapping AS with Vengeful active.
An alternate build for earlier boxing focus would be: Devourer's Gauntlet, Ninja Tabi, Poisoned Star, Deathbringer, The Executioner, Situational, with Exe again being built whenever you really need it.
