For this build on Ne Zha, rushing into boots is your main goal, so afk farming at the start of the game would be ideal. Use your Universe Ring Toss to get some poke on the enemy god and sit closer to the back. Unless they are trying to stop your wave XP then do your best to stay alive in this phase or you will have a rough time after this.
Teleport Glyph is for if you're unsure of yourself and your boxing potential early in the game. Is also useful to back for T3 boots early and still make it to the wave.
Blink Rune is great in combo with your sash and can easily get you an early kill.
Purification Beads is almost a must on Ne Zha because of your lack of get away except for your Ultimate.
After Selling your boots there are a couple of items to go depending on how your team is doing.
Heartseeker is a good damage item to go for it's Passive and the 10% Pen it gives. Typically go this if your team is doing better or you need more damage for the enemies.
Mantle of Discord is a good item to go for a little bit more CDR and the large amount of Prots it gives for survivability. Typically go this item if your getting melted or you need to be CC'ing the enemies more.
Brawler's Beat Stick is mainly for if you are facing a lot of enemy god healing.
Universe Ring Toss will be your main wave clear and will give the solo laner the physical prots debuff. Hitting the enemy with your 1 will allow you to group up the wave for your AA chain.
Flaming Spear will be great for getting a heal in the middle of a fight with the Solo Laner and will also provide a little bit of Crit Chance to hit a little bit harder.
Armillary Sash will hit like a truck early on in the game but should be used more as a support ability in the team fights of the game.
Wind Fire Wheels is a very all around ability. Your ult is a great get away skill if your in trouble but it will also help secure a kill in the laning phase of the game. During the team fights it would be ideal to be up front with the enemies and to take the biggest threat off the field first and to have your team be prepared to finish the kill on landing. This ability is also good at forcing actives on the enemy team.

Between Gladiator's Shield and Shifter's Shield you will get some good Damage and a lot of early Prots for Solo Lane. Shifter's Shield is cheap and gives you some good damage early and will keep you alive when you need it to.
Ancile offers 60 power while giving 30 magical prots for rotations and is very Stat to Cost efficient.
Void Shield is very good for some more Phys Prots and the passive offering you 10% Enemy Prot Reduction.
Eye Of The Jungle isn't the greatest item to get in the Solo Lane but Protector Of The Jungle gives you a decent boost in Damage and Protections in the Jungle while also providing a little more power and Attack Speed outside of Jungle.
I really like Ne Zha as a god and between his CC and his Crits he is really satisfying to play as. However, I haven't played him enough yet to determine Threat levels other than some of the basic ones like King Arthur and Guan Yu.
I'm really hoping that I can get feed back on my assumed bad builds and maybe where you would change them for your own games.
Thanks for the support and I hope to see some feedback soon.

Teleport Glyph is not useful if you are rushing boots in my opinion.
Pardon my language, but Bluestone Pendant is busted as **** right now, I would go this every game in solo.
You got the right ideas, glad to see another enlightened Ne Zha solo player.
It's your guide though. Write how you want I guess.
Late Protector Of The Jungle
Warrior Tabi > Gladiator's Shield > Shifter's Shield > Ancile > Void Shield > Protector Of The Jungle > Swap boots for Heartseeker / Brawler's Beat Stick / Mantle of Discord
AA focused (not recommended)
Death's Toll > Ninja Tabi > Shifter's Shield > Frostbound Hammer > Ancile > Void Shield > Death's Temper > Swap boots for Qin's Sais / Toxic Blade
Basic Solo Lane
Bluestone Pendant > Warrior Tabi > Gladiator's Shield > Shifter's Shield > Ancile > Void Shield > Bluestone Brooch > Swap boots for Heartseeker / Brawler's Beat Stick / Mantle of Discord
I would suggest trying these builds out and seeing how they feel, if you want some explanation as to the difference in item choices I'm more than happy to if you're interested.
The only 2 I'm not sure of personally would be Ancile on the AA Focused Build instead of say Shogun's Kusari if I were to change it to give some AA Speed. I know Ancile gives 60 power but it has very little magical protections.
I get taking Berserkers Shield out because of the price but what about getting it later for the AA Speed.
Then for the Basic Solo Lane build why go with Bluestone Pendant over Warrior's Axe Warrior's will give you some early Prots for fighting in lane.
And I didn't specify it in the Notes for the Basic Solo Lane but when you sell boots you can choose from Pridwen or Mantle of Discord where Pridwen will put your CDR at 40% and Mantle will put it at 30%, I'll have to fix that.
As Ne Zha, your wave clear isn't the greatest and generally as an assassin the power is appreciated on your ability scalings meanwhile Warrior's Axe is pretty useless early game. The prots don't make a huge difference to your survivability and yes Sundering Axe is great late game but without the help on your early wave clear with Bluestone Pendant you're unlikely to get there, also Bluestone Brooch is busted now they've buffed it.
Yeah those are both fine options for Ne Zha, I would add though that Pridwen will only be useful landing your 3 > Ult combo because if you just ult from range, it will land you back where you starter the ult, not where the enemy lands so you're unlikely to land in a teamfight.
Also this is a point I forgot to put more detail into, but you don't need as many magical protections because the only target dealing decent magical damage in general will be the mid laner, all other high damage gods are physical, the minions, towers and other PvE are all physical. So only having 30 prots is fine, especially since they'll be building %pen and 30% of 30 prots is only 9 penetration, whereas if you stack magical defences and have like 150, 30% is 45 pen.
