Hunter's Blessing is very nice on Heimdallr.
Transcendence is good too, lots of power for his high damage kit. 3 Health and 1 Multi, as MP5 is +15.
This start is for trying Build #2, rush into Ichaival before boots.
Trade Ninja Tabi for Titan's Bane (or Heartseeker) as your 7th item.
**THIS IS A PROJECT BUILD** changes to build so far: 4
The thought behind this one is: Ichaival fully stacks with cleave on minions. Start with: Hunter's / Short Bow / 2 Health 1 Multi. Rush into Ichaival for good early power.
Trade Warrior Tabi for Qin's Sais (or Titan's Bane) as your 7th item.

Hey all, this is my 2nd published guide. I've been waiting for Heimdallr to be added and now he's here. And he's really strong.
Disclaimer: Everything in this guide is what works for me in most situations - if it doesn't work for you leave a comment and if I like it, I'll add it into the guide.
Onto the fun bit, the guide!
After playing Heimdallr for a few hours, I've come to enjoy this build, although there are many more options to be explored.
A brand new guide so bear with me. I've published it as soon as the basics were done. I'll be adding to it over the upcoming weeks and as the game transitions into Season 7.
Thanks for reading!

So for Heimdallr, his first two attacks take 1.3x as long as "normal" (standard for all hunters (1.0x) ). So, his attacks will ALWAYS be slower than the baseline of all hunters. So he's never going to get as much benefit compared to hunters who have attack chains which are base-line. (I just checked, no other hunters have an attack chain, they are all always 1.0)
And of course, the more basic attacks you're doing, the more procs you get on Qin's Sais.
