~ Full Metal Panic Fumoffu (This one is actually hilarious, I recommend you watch this even if you haven't seen the first. Aslo, more comedy than romance)
~ Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid
~ Hataraku Maou-Sama (Hilarious, recommend this as well, but more comedy than romance)
~ Kanon
~ Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai (Don't recommend this)
~ Ouran High School Host Club (Recommended)
~ Sakurasou no Pet no Kanojo (Recommended)
~ Steins;Gate (Recommend)
~ Toradora! (Recommend, yes, I know you've seen it)
~ True Tears (This one is pure romance, not much comedy)
~ Yosuga no Sora (Fantastic, but a lot of ecchi. See my rant on it if you want to know my opinion)
~ Zetsuen no Tempest (Yes, I know you've seen this as well)

~ Azumanga Daioh (This one is comedy with a miniscule amount of romance, but I haven't seen it, so I wouldn't know too well)

~ Honey and Clover
~ Hanasaku Iroha (More comedy, little romance, One of the best Slice of Life according to reviews)
~ Eden of the East(Romance, little comedy)
~ The World God Only Knows
~ The Garden of Words (Movie)(Pure Romance)
~ Love Hina (Ecchi)
~ Myself ; Yourself (Romance, No Comedy)
~ Spice and Wolf (Romance, Little Comedy)
~ OreImo (Seinen)
~ School Rumble
~ Special A (My sister loves this series)
~ Summer Wars (Movie)(Comedy, Little Romance)
~ A Certain Scientific Railgun (Not Romance, but reminds me of Steins;Gate from reading it)
~ A Certain Scientific Index (See above, although this one is more fantasy apparently)
~ The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (Movie)(Romance, a little comedy)

Just research them and see which ones interest you. Almost all of them are Romance, Comedy or both, with a few exceptions.
So, I'm definitely putting Steins;Gate, Chuunibyou, FMP: Fumoffu (seen it before but damn it was hilarious). Some others look like good options as well.
Saw both Clannads, and overall it was a great story. Angel Beats was great, but I don't think it has much rewatch value. Actually started watching Spice and Wolf for the second time very recently, but completely forgot about it after a shift at work! Gonna have to put that back near the top of my queue because it was excellent. I recommend Eden of the East, but I don't remember if it really has an ending, which always pisses me off. Azumanga Daioh was a pretty fun watch - it's pretty similar to Non Non Biyori in a way, but not quite as good, in my opinion.
Gonna have to keep checking back to this list over my break, because I can't remember all of them...quite a few suggestions, thanks!
Can someone give me an anime (Current ones not old) that can ether:
1.Make me cry.
2.Give me relentless goose bumps.
3.Make me want to watch the whole series in one take.
4.Fill my thoughts for the rest of the month.
Hope someone could help me. I rarely watch anime now. But I thought I could at least put one in my spare time.

AnoHana, definitely. It covers everything except maybe number 4.
Most of my friends said they cried like they have never cried before when watching AnoHana, while I got a **** ton goosebumps. It's 13 episodes, so you can watch it one sitting. Also, one of my favourite ending themes of all time.
Of course, a Key Studios anime is also an amazing choice, such as Clannad:AS or Angel Beats.
While I haven't seen it, apparently ef:A Tale of Memories is very tear-jerking, being a compilations of many beautiful love stories.
Finally, my favourite anime of all time, Natsume Yuujinchou, is such a beautiful anime, and it contains many stories that make you both tear from how beautiful it is, to just feel happy and get goosebumps from how happy you feel for the characters.
