Today was a good day (played all of those games multi queueing with some friends)

Wayne for Worlds 2019?

My picks that day were pretty much based entirely on which Gods I wanted to improve my Mastery level on; Chaac, Medusa, Sol and Thor all hit Mastery I (with the last game giving me 46 Worshipers in one go), while Bellona went from IV to V.

I have 20 Gods mastered now, meaning I can now actually, officially, very much start playing ranked.

I'm not going to though

So I found out today how disgusting Kuzenbo is with Shield of Thorns, especially when used in combination with his Shell Spikes.

The poor Anubis playing against me was literally unable to drop his 3 without getting punished by my Shell Spikes, and whenever he ulted, I would pop my Shield of Thorns and delete him instantly.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get my team to push objectives so it resulted in a loss. In hindsight, I prolonged what would have been an easy, quick win for our opponents, as their damage threats ( Anubis, Ah Muzen Cab, Thor ) were scared to attack our objectives when they saw me standing in front of them.

Kuzenbo is underestimated a lot, much to his enemies' dismay sometimes. I had an assault game earlier where I basically played as a pita bait so my team could push objectives and it would have worked if we didn't have a deicide...

Nice to be the Kukulkan who is dealing so much AoE damage for a change rather than always having him against me (in Arena/Clash).

Holy, highest damage by a longshot! Nice, Wayneski...we'll make you a SMITE convert yet.

I totally know what you mean - those annoying games where you cannot make one step without getting hit by a random whirlwind, lowering your HP at least to a point where you do not want to engage any more ;)
