Welcome to being a guardian. I am trying to push this through my friends head about playing guardian. It's not all about kills it's actually about helping the team and making sure to your teammates are safe and some other stuff I missed. I would call that game a great success actually you did your job. Yes I understand it would have been nice to get one or two kills. At the end of the day you did what you had to do and got the win!
(no clue how I was supposed to be playing both Odin and Artio though)
Odin's job is to jump in, cage everybody, get a few hits in, then leave if things get too rough. Artio is a bruiser guardian, so she's like Ares in that her job is to initiate and do as much damage as she can. She doesn't really have the CC of other guardians, so you have to make sure your team is right behind you before you initiate.
