Apollo rides his chariot across the sky, choosing when to land, dealing damage every .15s for .6s as he lands. Enemies hit by the last tick of the landing will also be knocked up.

Introduction

Apollo, the god of music, is a hunter, with great basic attack damage, and attack speed. His skills do not do much damage so it is best to just use them as ways to get away.

Skills

*I normally will not do a skill chapter, but I felt like doing one this time*

Passive - Audacity is a passive that will give you 5 shots with 100% more attack speed when the passive is activated. To activate it you have to get 10 successful hits with your basic attack.

Skill number 1 - So Beautiful is a line attack that will go through enemies. In some occasions, it is good to use as a quick shot on someone to kill them, but it is pretty weak so I try to level it up almost as fast as possible so that it will do good damage for a little while.

Skill number 2 - Serenade is an areal skill that stuns anyone in the radius of the circle around you with your "amazing voice." This can be used if you accidentally go to far in the battle, and you can just stun the people around you and then dash out of there. I also normally use it after I land on someone with my ultimate, and then I dash.

Skill number 3 - The Moves is an damaging line dash that does area damage when you stop. This does not do much damage either, so I normally use it to get away from a tight spot.

Skill number 4 - Across The Sky is your ultimate, which stops you in your tracks and brings you in a carriage that then flies you into the air. It will use a certain amount of mana per second, based on what level it is. Once done flying, it will drop down and do damage to anyone under it. For this I normally use to get around, or kill someone that got away, however I also use in in a kinda combo thing I made up. First, you land on someone, shoot them with your 1st skill, then stun them with your 2nd skill, and then get away with your 3rd skill. This will do a pretty good amount of damage, but while you do this, and teammates are nearby, they can attack them, and then you can start attack them to. It might just scare the enemy off if there is just you, but that still helps a little.
**Be cautious if your using Across The Sky in battle because it while it will get you away from the battle, it will take a second or two to get up into the air, so you can still die within that time.**

Items

First off, Ninja Tabi is used so that you can get around faster, and shoot faster.

Then comes Ichaival, so you will have an item that is kinda like your passive, Audacity, and will be able to shoot faster after getting a few shots in.

Next is Transcendence, which is a stacking item that gives you extra mana, and then takes 3% of your mana and turns it into physical power. This is a really great item because it gives you mana, which you always need when a physical damaging god, and it gives you power.

After that is Wind Demon. This is a really good item to have too because it will give you both critical chance and attack speed, however it only gives you attack speed when you get a critical.

Finally, there are the two items Qin's Sais and Soul Eater. These items will both give you more power, and attack speed, which is what this build is kinda based off of. On top of that, Soul Eater will give you life steal, which is always a good component to a build.

Just a few things.

1) I feel you messed up a little bit on your leveling. So Beautiful & Serenade should be prioritized. I would level as so: 1, 2, 3, 1, 4, 1, 1, 2, 4, 1, 2, 2, 2, 4, 3, 3, 4, 3, 3, 4. The Moves, in my opinion is used as an initiator and an escape, so there is really no need to level it up until the end.

2) You say: "Then comes Ichaival, so you will have an item that is kinda like your passive, Audacity, and will be able to shoot faster after getting a few shots in". Ichaival doesn't increase your Attack Speed with each basic hit landed, it increases your Physical Power by 10 and reduces your target's Physical Protections by 10 for 3s (Max 3 Stacks). I think you're thinking of Heartseeker which, still isn't a viable option on Apollo, in my opinion.

Apollo isn't overly mana hungry, so the value of having Transcendence on him isn't that high especially since you have it's being built 3rd.

3) You say: Apollo's "skills don't do much damage". This is false & purely depends on your build. I would recommend building Apollo like so:

Ninja Tabi
Asi
Rage
Qin's Sais
Deathbringer
Bloodforge
Sell Asi and buy The Executioner

This will cater to your Basic Attacks and Physical Power. With this build, you would initiate with The Moves or Across The Sky, memorize your target with Serenade, hit your target with So Beautiful, and finish off with Basic Attacks.

Try this build and trust me your perspective on Apollo will change and you will feel overall more effective with him.
