Is there a reason you choose ninja Tabi over Warrior? I normal grab Sigil for starter as well as if seems the best for tankier plays.

1. This is outdated.

2. Warrior Tabi is better yes. Even with Death's Toll.

Not that I doubted you, as I know Warrior Tabi has always been the standard choice for Osiris, but I thought it would be an interesting experiment...so I got Boog, and we went into Jungle practice.

Thoughts and considerations:
  • @ Level 5, w/ Death's Toll, one of us got Ninja Tabi and the other got Warrior Tabi. We basically started beating on each other with just basics, and the damage output was neck and neck. Basically no end DPS difference, and the faster hits from Ninja didn't give the DT sustain any extra ability to out-sustain. In this case, Warrior Tabi obviously wins out for attack cancelling DPS function, as well as higher ability damage.

  • We switched to Manikin Scepter, same thing. Ninja Tabi beat out Warrior by a bit, and this makes sense due to quicker stacking of the passive basic attack slow and DoT damage. But it isn't enough IMO to be worth more than Warrior.

  • It WOULD make sense to get Ninja if you were to purchase other items that had stacking effects on basics. While Qin's Sais is shown in some of Biggie's builds as an option, it's suggested as a replacement to Boots.

  • One thing that would be a pain to measure, but maybe Ninja would help more than Warrior with sustain if you grab Death's Toll and are considering the minion wave specifically.

That's 'cause he's a n00b. :P

In all seriousness, it's probably because Osiris does a lot of damage with his basic attacks, so increasing them is a good idea.

Why no Berserker's Shield? Just wanted to know as I find it a good 3rd/4th item to go if I'm going into an AA route.

Honestly Osiris hasn't been in a great spot since the Gladiator's Shield rework. I'm still playing around with him to figure out if ability based, AA based or hybrid based builds are better on him.

This guide was sort of 'rush' changed to fit the rework of glad shield, still keeping him as an ability based warrior. I will add it when I get round to updating the build, and also figuring out which is the best route for him. I've had some fun actually with triple shields (Berserk, Void, Glad), but each game I've been trying to test with him I've been against troll picks like Ra and Apollo solo so haven't had proper tests lol.

Is this updated for the new Zerk and Glad shields? I only ask because you say to replace glad shield late game.

Yeah sorry I've been busy with work recently and haven't had the time to update my guide properly. I would suggest a similar build though and building Stone of Gaia after boots and building the rest the same, except removing Hide of the Urchin. I hope this was of use to you.
