Welcome to my 
Izanami build guide. She is a very creepy hunter, but so much fun to play as! I got this build from YouTuber and Twitch streamer, FrostFangs. Hope you enjoy my guide!
Izanami's basic hits enemies twice dealing half damage each hit. Her basic only hits structures, like towers and phoenixes, once dealing half damage. It also can hit multiple enemies in a line.
Izanami's one, Sickle Storm, is a buff that gives her basic attack greater speed and strength. For 6 seconds, she throws her sickles even faster and more furiously. While active she gains attack speed, and her basic attacks no longer return to her, instead applying bonus damage in addition to 100% of her basic attack power per hit. This bonus damage applies to all targets, including structures. This is good for taking towers or phoenixes. Normally, her basic will only hit the structure once, doing half damage.

Spectral Projection, is a line ability that sends forth a demonic visage of herself to strike down her enemies, damaging and slowing all enemies in a line. If an enemy god is killed while slowed by this ability, future uses of the slow will be increased by 6% per kill, up to twice, for a maximum of 30%. The slow starts at 18% and damage done is based on your physical power.
Fade Away is a leap where Izanami descends into the underworld, becoming invisible, and leaps away from her current position. Taking damage, or firing a damaging ability or basic attack breaks the invisibility. She can go through walls with this ability. It is good for getting away, catching up, or sneaking up on enemies. However, Izanami is very vulnerable in the time it takes to leap.
Dark Portal, is a ground target dark portal that damages and silences all enemies in it. The damage done is based on your physical power.
Death Draws Nigh, is a buff. The closer Izanami gets to death, the more powerful she becomes. She gains 4% physical penetration for each 15% of her health that is missing, for up to a maximum of 20%. 4% penetration per stack of up to 5 stacks.
Fade Away and Dark Portal can be used at the beginning or end of any combo. Use Fade Away to get up close or in range of the enemy. Then, send Spectral Projection at them to slow and do lots of damage. Finally, finish the enemy off with Sickle Storm and you basic. Sickle Storm paired with Hastened Fatalis will surely keep you caught up with your opponent.
Devourer's Gauntlet or Transcendence. Devourer's Gauntlet gives physical power and lifesteal. You also permanently gain .4 physical power and .20% physical liesteal per stack. You receive 5 stacks per god kill and 1 stack per minion kill. Max of 75 stacks. Transcendence gives you physical power, mana, and MP5. You also gain 15 mana per stack- 5 stacks for a god kill, 1 stack for a minion kill, max 50 stacks-and 3% of your mana is converted to physical power. Personally, I pretty much always go with Transcendence.
Warrior Tabi. It gives you physical power and movement speed.
Asi, but only if you did not buy Devourer's Gauntlet to start. Asi gives you attack speed, as well as physical penetration and lifesteal. Also, if you drop below 35% health, you gain an additional 25% lifesteal for 5 seconds. This can only happen every 15 seconds.
The Executioner or Qin's Sais. The purchase order can be switched. The Executioner gives you physical power and attack speed. Your basic attacks against an enemy reduce the target's physical protection by 12% for 3 seconds at a max of 3 stacks. Qin's Sais gives you physical power and attack speed. On basic attack hits, you deal equal to 4% of the target's max health. This only effects gods. Other possible options to buy in place of The Executioner and Qin's Sais are Hastened Fatalis 
Titan's Bane and Brawler's Beat Stick. Hastened Fatalis gives you attack speed and movement speed. When your basic attack hits a target, the attacking movement speed debuff is removed from you for 1 second. Titan's Bane and Brawler's Beat Stick are other options for penetration.
Deathbringer. It gives you physical power and crit strike chance. Also, your critical strike damage is increased by 40%.
Fade Away Izanami is an extremely fun god to play as. Her kit is diverse and well rounded. She is just an all around great god to play as.

You should not really worry about attack speed since
too many Colors that are distracting The mind.
