Rundown

Okay so with this God you want to try and build critical, attack speed, and lifesteal as much as possible. He is super easy to use once you get used to him and he is a wrecking ball mid to late game. If you follow this lead I promise that you’ll be making awesome plays to give your team the edge and from personal experience you may even be able to pull your team ahead late game.

Chapter Title

I try to buy my chalices around the same time I get my ninja Tabi because it increases my longevity in the field which in turn increases gold and experience. If you grab the jungle buff from the start and play it safe you should build fast, pop you ult as soon as you hit 5 and rush in and try to snag a kill.

The reason I choose the heal relic and attack boost is because if you can keep your team alive then the focus is almost always taken off you, you’ll secure kills with your critical and speed so don’t worry about not having anything to show for it. Play passive until you feel comfortable enough to bob and weave. This build has never let me down and is one of the best I’ve seen. Good luck and game on!

In Arena you only need two relics: Purification Beads and Aegis Amulet considering how close the fountain is to heal. You can also look at Phantom Veil as a 2nd relic if the enemy team has an Odin or Cabrakan that's giving you issues.

You don't need Chalice of Healing and Chalice of Mana, again because of how close the fountain is. You can start out with 3x Healing Potions and Mana Potions so you can stay out longer and soak up as much XP as you can before you back, but that's about it.

Don't mix Qin's Sais and crit items in the same build, go with one or the other. Speaking of crit, you have no significant pen, the 15 flat pen from Asi isn't going to cut it. For crit go Ninja Tabi-> Rage-> The Executioner-> Asi if needed-> Deathbringer-> Ichaival. Toss in Brawler's Beat Stick in place of Asi if you need anti-heal. For a qin's build: Ninja Tabi-> Asi-> The Executioner-> Qin's Sais-> Brawler's Beat Stick/ Toxic Blade-> Odysseus' Bow.

You have no defense items like Mantle of Discord and Magi's Cloak listed as situational items. The first is for an enemy that keeps diving on you (generally assassins) and the later is for CC heavy teams (e.g. an Ares and Da Ji combo).

As Kriega so succinctly pointed out, this build has serious issues and I can't recommend it to anyone who's trying to improve their Cernunnos game. Oh, and you spelled the god's name wrong. :P

Think the build needs some CPR and blood supply to bring it back to life.
