I hate Ao Kuang so much. He has Loki's entire kit in just Water Illusion, and an execute that heals him and lets him get out of a bad situation. And his damage with Soul Reaver and Polynomicon is just disgusting.
Ne Zha was so annoying and at the same time fun to play back when Armillary Sash could go through walls, but he's still pretty good, because he can ult you and pull you out of a teamfight entirely for a good four seconds.

Isis's early game is really strong, and was really good back when you could buy pots and Soul Stone at the start. Even today, she still has a long-range stun, and it does great damage. The silence and team-healing ultimate don't hurt.
Ra's snipes are absolutely ridiculous sometimes. Landing one makes you feel like you're some kind of SPL-level expert, and getting hit by one is just, "Okay, I should probably go back to b- DEAD". Especially if they have a skin that makes the "Rrrrraa!" quieter.

Bellona's Bludgeon is really painful if you don't have anything that can interrupt it (though most solo-laners do), and Shield Bash has a short dash, invincibility, damage reflect, and a slow (if you try to run away, you lose, if you turn around and face her, you lose), but the real nightmare is Eagle's Rally. A leap with a stun, and it gives her and her adc and jungler buffs. And did I mention that each of her three main abilities adds a change to her basic attacks? The utility is just insane.
Ravana roots you and then punches you to death. He can also slow you and make himself invincible to damage. You might think, "So what? Chang'e's invincibility lasts way longer," but hers doesn't also deal 210 base damage +70% scaling. And the last thing is that Mystic Rush is just plain terrifying. It's like Eagle's Rally except it does more damage and it's designed to delete you specifically.

Rama gets free wall hacks, with bonus damage, and a stacking slow. He also has an attack speed steroid and an omnidirectional escape that cripples, and an MLG snipe that, unlike Ra's, requires patience instead of luck or stealth.
Cernunnos has a passive that's mostly just good against towers, but Shifter of Seasons is like a free Asi, The Executioner, and Frostbound Hammer, and The Wild Hunt deals a lot of damage in a large area. (Unrelated: I wish they had made him a guardian.)

Sobek can pull you out of position and pretty much toss you into a pool of piranhas. He can also heal himself a bit, so he can survive in teamfights. Knocking people around with Tail Whip is useful, but his ultimate seems kind of unoriginal (it's just Ymir ult but weaker, and you can move).
Ymir is overpowered no matter where you put him, the only thing he can't do is adc (as of physical and magical power becoming class-exclusive, so he can't crit on targets with Frostbite for x4 damage). He has a very reliable stun, a wall, and wave clear.
