This build is not suggested. Obviously Neith is a hunter, so attack speed is great, and crits can work, but her main focus is usually ability use.
Now, it honestly looks like you just randomly chose items that provide attack speed, rather than looking at a good ORDER in building these. You're also actually overcapping AS at full build.
In addition, when building into crit damage, you understand this is a numbers game, right? You're taking a % chance. With only 1 crit item, that chance is low, and your benefit from it suffers. When building into crit, you almost always will build at least 2 crit items to increase your % chance overall and bring it to a value where it becomes a more reliable and worthwhile investment.
Mixing crits and Qin's Sais are okay, but not exactly synergistic. Qin's bonus damage doesn't benefit from crits, and crits don't scale off of Qin's bonus damage.
You do mention it's not for fighting tanks, and here I'd agree with you. You don't have a core pen item in the build. Even against squishy gods, when going with an attack speed build, you want The Executioner, and it's unfortunately nowhere to be seen.
Finally, when building crit, you may want to consider NOT getting items that provide 0 power. Crits scale off of power, so you usually want to aim for that in the items you choose.
If you're really open to a more functional build in Arena, you might consider one of these directions:
If everything I'm saying is going past your head, and yore still adamant on leaving, the n I'll quote my good friend GulfWulf: "don't let the door hit you on the way out"
Well, that part is true.
*Getting my popcorn*
But why be stubborn, you admitted "you just started" and you're not willing to accept advice and criticism?
