Ne Zha throws the Universe Ring, bouncing several times, dealing damage, applying a Physical Protection Debuff for 3s and Slowing by 12.5% for 1s. Each hit also stacks a movement speed buff on Ne Zha for 2s. Subsequent hits on the same target deal 35% less damage and double the Slow's effectiveness.

Ability Type: Line, Slow, Damage

Damage: 90 / 140 / 190 / 240 / 290 (+150% of your Physical Power)

Wind Fire Wheels

4 Y
Ne Zha dashes forward, gaining bonus Protections for 4s and becoming CC immune. If he hits an enemy god he lifts them into the sky for 4s, unleashing a 3-hit combo. Successfully timed attacks during the combo result in these hits dealing Critical Damage. They are then smashed back to Earth, slightly knocking up and damaging the target and enemies around the landing location. When Ne Zha lands he gains bonus Protections for 5s and dashes back to where he cast this ability.

Ability Type: Dash, Crowd Control, Damage
Damage Per Hit: 23 / 40 / 57 / 74 / 91 (+45% of your Physical Power)

Attack Speed is very bad on Ne Zha because A: he struggles to get basics off in a teamfight; and B: His 2 gives him plenty of attack speed already.

Also not building flat pen on most assassins in Smite is usually not a great idea. I like some of the ideas but there is basically no situation where I would build either of these ways. If you want a bit of attack speed still, you could build The Crusher 2nd or 3rd because the passive works well with Universe Ring Toss

Platypus, please correct your skill leveling...as of right now it's impossible, with level 4 of the ult only available at level 17.

As for the rest of the build, some of the items are fine, but Bloodforge, when it's built, should be built later (and I don't really recommend it for Ne Zha), and Qin's Sais and Ichaival really aren't recommended typically for him, as he relies quite a bit more on abilities. Yes, he does use basics a lot, but it's more for attack canceling and cleaning up.

As such, I can't really recommend this build at this point.

Why you not like BF on him? It's high power and shield is always great after deleting a squishy. Also more per great for hs passive.

Note that I didn't say I didn't like it on him. I said it should be built later (when it's built)...that's my personal opinion.

Earlier, he needs more pen, and BF is also quite expensive, especially given the fact this person is building Deathbringer on him in the 3rd slot. You really want to build another high priced item 4th ( Bloodforge), followed by a semi-expensive item 5th ( Malice), and yet another one 6th ( Qin's Sais)?

And actually, he has NO pen in this build. No Jotunn's Wrath, no The Crusher or Brawler's Beat Stick. As an alternative, no protection reduction from Void Shield...or if you're committing to what looks to be a pretty strong basic attack focus, what about The Executioner, or Titan's Bane if you want the up-front pen?

And of course, mixing crits and Qin's isn't really that beneficial. Qin's passive doesn't benefit from critical hits, and vice versa.

Bloodforge thus doesn't have a good place in this build for me, at least the way the build currently stands. You get the lifesteal benefit only from basic attacks, and while he will absolutely appreciate the passive shield, his damage is handicapped due to 0 pen, so unless he's cherry-picking last-hits from teammates that have already whittled down the enemy's health, or playing against people who overextend like crazy and just sit there letting him keep attacking, he's unlikely to get as many kills as he could otherwise.

I didn't take much time to fully comment on the build before because I didn't feel there was much effort put into this build, but with a bit of a deeper look, this build has some major issues.

If I were to commit like this to basic attacks, it would be for funsies, and I'd get Hastened Katana and The Executioner to replace Ichaival and Qin's Sais, and I'd probably open up my crit options to not only Malice, but Rage and Fail-Not as well.

It's a case of skill level. Where any build works.
