yeah you say this thread is going to go to **** because people are going to be ignorant, thats stressing the most negative or unfavorable view possible.

defenition of realist: (or atleast a lot of them)
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/realism
none of these are fall under what you discribed.

re•al•ist (ˈri ə lɪst)

n.
1. a person who tends to view or represent things as they really are.

I believe that the way I described it is the way it really is. Which makes me a realist. It doesn't matter if it's really going to be like that, it just matters that I believe it's going to happen like that.

The situation I described does not have to be a negative, but if you think it is then I am a pessimist and a realist.

Ok, here's my opinion;

Smite: Reaction, Adaption, Action

League: Mechanics, Teamwork, Element of surprise

DotA: Knowledge, Planning, Analysis.

In my opinion, DotA is a slow, strategic type of MOBA, League is a more active DotA that's less complex and easier to get into, and Smite is a fast, action packed game that focuses on your ability to apply farm in fights.

All in all, DotA is most suited to RTS players, League is most suited to RTS players and Smite is more suited to RPG and MMO players.

Smite is my favourite, League is my second favourite and DotA is my least favourite, but still a good game (if needlessly complex).

This is how this thread wil go:
Sub writes a huge essay about how smite copies everything from LoL and how LoL involves skill and smite doesn't.

I've played DotA, DotA, Smite, SMNC (is this even considered a dota-like game?), League and Strife over time and I enjoyed most of them.

If I am to create a top 3, it would be Smite (mainly because of Arena and mythology), DotA 2 (because of its unique and brilliant items) and League (maybe because learning about new stuff and trying out champs feels good).

Instead of listing stuff I like about each game, I'll just list what I don't like about them each:

Smite - Needs more items.
Dota 2 - Needs more maps. This game is too good to not have more casual modes, without removing the focus from the classic one.
League - Make champs cheaper or increase the IP rewards. And seriously, RUNES?

i think smite needs more usefull items actually. there are items just nobody buys :(

i cant say much about dota 2.

league: YES MAKE THEM CHEAPER PLS AND GIVE BETTER REWARDS PLS D;
as for runes, dawngates loadout system fixes this a pretty well by combining masteries and runes into one system and allowing you to get things for load outs as a reward after a match. its a pretty good system.

Spirit Robe is an underrated item. Per se against an Anubis or Kali, I find Spirit Robe much superior than magi's blessing
