wait I'm confused. did you just chase ICEN of his mountain (where he probably has an evil cave or something like that). Or have you overcome all the obstacles on THE hill (where ICEN is nowhere to be found).
From your story it looks more like you got the wrong hill/mountain

Suddenly a big explosion occurred. at the wall and mirrors simultaneously (not a normal explosion as you will soon notice) Burning both the mirrors and walls away (like in acid) and all of the other things including the grass of the hill. Then suddenly the grass pops up back. Making it the normal hill from the beginning again.
ICEN spreads fertilizer on the grown grass making it grow to super heights of 50 feet (each piece of grass is that high).
ICEN plants a sign that is 60 feet high (10 more feet higher than the grass so you can see it)
the sign says "Who ever removes me from this hill makes love with animals"
HolyPudding's ghost decides that enough is enough. He summons Phil the gardener to go up any hills and use his scythe to break it down to soil. ICEN is revealed, at which point he launches into a massive rage, yet Holy's ghost possess Phil and allows him almighty strength, at which point Phil lacerates ICEN, killing him. HolyPudding as Phil creates an eternal pudding factor, meaning the hill cannot be destroyed. In six days the hill will immortalise, and it will be decided who its king is.
Pootis heavy eats all of the Pudding, and then the Pudding Factory. Red and Blu team continue to make a sentry nest on the hill, which is guarded by pyros.

while the sentry nest are building I chrash out of the sky (like thanathos' Hovering Death immediately destroying the nest beforee they coud get finished and killing everyone in a distance of 25 meters. then in a swift move the heavy is blown from the hill to a nearby village where there is a war.
hasn't left the hill yet and saw you planting the flag. makes a Portal under you and the flag which let you fall through the hill to somewhere nearby of the hill. and then dissappears.
