True, however in normal use you wouldn't rely on it.
Also it's quite hard to CC-chain correctly with it so in some cases it doesn't really prolong the other CC (mostly taunts as with intoxicate you're "soft CCed"

Have you compared the amount of casts? Early and late because running out of mana late game should happen at a slightly slower rate partly because mp5 allowing for more sustain and less ability casts to clear waves etc

True still your base mana also increases.

  • Shifter's Shield (shift): Changed percentage threshold for its effects...> 75% health, gain 35 physical power. < 75% health, gain 35 physical and magical protection. Tank meta is firmly en route. Not sure I like this change. Shifter's has been a sort of boring item for a while though.

    In game details still reflect, "While over 50% health... While under 50% health".

    This holds true for all modes except Conquest... which I did not verify

    Did I miss the "push"?

It could be either a mistake on Hi Rez’s Part or the change was reverted.
