What Bran said. I'd give this build a 1 out of 10 considering how bad it is. Good builds have synergy:

• Health and protections because the former helps keep you alive and the latter reduce the amount of damage you take from attacks, which is why it's sometimes referred to as effective health (ehealth).
• Power and penetration. Power by itself isn't always good because every god has some level of protections which will reduce the amount of damage that you do. Penetration bypasses some of those protections, letting you get closer to doing true damage (damage that isn't mitigated).
• Mixing different types of penetration. Flat pen is hard capped at 50, so you want to mix in another type of penetration to help you do more damage - usually percentage pen ( Obsidian Shard or Titan's Bane) or protection reduction depending upon your character. Protection reduction comes in both percentage based ( The Executioner and Spear of the Magus) and a fixed amount ( Void Stone and Void Shield).

The problem with this build is there's no synergy, it's just mostly health items mixed in with a lifesteal item ( Soul Eater) and some power. The lack of pen and any significant power (185 is nothing) means that you're not going to fair very well against anybody who can either mitigate your damage or run away/kill you before you can get them low enough to finish them off. About the best you can do is keep your target busy until your bursty teammate can finish them off. :P Also, building that much health without any real protections ( Reinforced Shoes don't count) is just asking for the enemy team to build Qin's Sais and/or Soul Reaver. Considering that you have no real protections, both of those items are going to hurt...a lot.

Yeah this build is not really good on anyone. Don't know the purpose of this build, but there's no synergy, no pen...just...if I chose a random set of items, it might look like this.
