you usually want to start with blink rune but if your going against stun gods go with purification beads
Tap each threat level to view Serqet’s threats
Your main combo will usually be 2-1-4 and save your 3 to get away and if you have Blink rune use it to initiate the fight.
minions are kind of hard to clear because your so squishy if you take to much damage trying to kill them you will have to go back to the fountain constantly and loose a lot of xp and might fall behind so just make sure you stay close to collect everything while your team mates take them out but if you need to use your 3 to jump behind them and 1 to go back through the minions

Your build in general looks good, but I find Witchblade to be a bit out of place. You're unlikely to get much use out of the attack speed, and you may or may not be facing basic attackers / ADCs...even if you do, your job is to get in, deal damage, and get out, so you're not really looking to stick around a long time and hinder a basic attacker's DPS (like a tank would). Sure, the health is nice, the CDR is nice, and while you ARE close it can help you take less damage, but still doesn't seem like the best fit.
If you're going to go the route of a no-power item, I feel that Mantle of Discord would probably be a better choice...or you could consider a more aggressive item that still has some power combined with protections. Something like Ancile will also give you CDR, and would be nice against a 2 magical/1 physical enemy comp. Void Shield or Shifter's Shield might fit well against 2 phys/1 magical.
Thoughts?
Void Shield can work, but there's a slight loss of efficiency when combining with Titan's Bane. Another option would be Shifter's Shield.
But yeah, I got the gist, and even with the small inefficiency of protection reduction + % pen, it's technically very small and the item is still solid for that purpose.
