Okay. So this is my first guide and it will not be pretty. :) But I will probably just keep coming back and editing it. Any suggestions or help is welcome. Also, my guide may not be for everyone. In fact, my guide may be a completely stupid thing that only works for me. So if you want to point out what is wrong with it then do so, but nicely. I am mainly putting this up so that I can test out my build through multiple people and get feedback.
Nu Wa is an extremely fun God of Smite to play, especially if you like kill securing and stunning people so your teammates can kill them in seconds.

She is not all that hard to get the hang of, unless you hate range characters, and she fits into almost any team.
(Passive)
This is nothing too special, just another thing that can lock her enemies into place for a few good hits. After 5 basic attacks the next attack roots.
A giant circle of pain advances, slowly, towards your enemies. It deals the damage listed below and then 20% of that while they stand in it. Great for taking caring of a line of minions and annoying in Joust. Build this up to max second, since it will clear those minions faster so you can do you 2/3 combo on enemies. If minions are in the way your Soldiers will prioritize those.
Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana
Damage: 50/75/100/125/150 (+50% of your magical power)
Movement Speed: 10%
Lifetime: 6s
Cooldown: 15s
I love these little buggers. They have 200 health plus 20% of Nu Wa's own health built into them. If you see them charge and hit an enemy then be aware that that enemy has had their magical protection lowered. Combo-ed wiith your 3 they are just magical. This gets maxed out third, though at the beginning put two points into them since two is better than one. If you hit them just right you might only explode one and still have another to keep doing damage.
Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana
Damage: 20/30/40/50/60 Per Hit
Magical Protection Reduction: 5/10/15/20/25 for 2s/ max 3 stacks
Soldiers Conjured: 1/2/2/2/3 for 10s
Cooldown: 18s
This is your damaging line ability. Some Mages get a giant AOE circle and others get the line. Thankfully this damages anyone that it hits. When you hit a Soldier with it they explode and do more damage and a stun(amounts listed below). This is amazing in a team fight since it means more time for you and your teammates to hurt them and less time for them to hurt you. Max this out first since when you use that burst you can kill an enemy with just your 2 and 3.
Cost: 60 mana
Damage: 90/130/170/210/250 (+50% of your magical power)
Minion Explode: 30/60/90/120/150 (+30% of your magical power)
Minion Stun: 1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5s
Cooldown: 8s
This is basically Neith's ultimate except you get to hit all enemy players, minus the stun. While this is great for securing kills I also use this when I am about to die and getting zoned by the enemy hard. Once she gets a decent amount in the air she becomes CC immune and you give your teammates time to clear out the danger while you do a decent chunk of damage in the sky. When you come down your abilities should be decently down with their previous cooldowns and you can burst again.
Cost: 100 mana
Damage: 100/175/250/325/400 (+30% of your magical power)
Cooldown: 110s

This is a good first item to build. It maxes out your Cooldown total and allows you to dish out a steady supply of burst once the rest of the items are built. The magical penetration doesn't hurt either.
is never a bad choice if you find you need more mana, health, and magical power. This basically does the same thing as Warlock's Sash though, except that one keeps building up and this once just adds a slow to enemies. This is really great to mix with your 1 since it might force enemies to stand in it longer.
Yet another item that requires a lot of gold, though as the mage you should have a nice chunk of it. It is better to build this early on just so you can fully utilize that burst that Nu Wa has. It gives you 125 Magical Power and increases your Magical Power by 25%.
Or as I like to call it, the NomNom, will allow you to get rid of your
and move on to the bigger Life Steal. Okay, it only gives you 10% Life Steal, but it also gives more to mana and basic attack damage. The +75 Magical Power also doesn't hurt. The passive works nicely when paired with your 2/3 stun combo, if the burst doesn't kill them the next basic attack with 50% of your magical power should.
is next in the list and adds to your Life Steal items quite nicely with a 15% boost. The longer Nu Wa can stay in the lane and push the quicker you can win the game. This item also hinders enemies by reducing their healing and health regeneration by 40% for the next 8 seconds, allowing your teammates to join in on the fight and finish them off. If they happen to get away just use your ultimate and that tasty +50 magical power that comes with this item.
And since you are Nu Wa it is always nice to have a Cooldown item so that you are dishing out that burst as fast as you can. I only like to do one since Cooldown caps out at 40 and I feel 25 is enough. This also gives you 75 Magical Power and some MP5, which is always nice.
will give you 50 Magical Power and 15 Magical Penetration. It will also boost up your basic attack damage, movement, and mana. It is always nice to have more mana as the Burst Queen Nu Wa. You are useless if you have no mana, though you very quickly start to not need more mana.
is a nice choice if you find the enemy team is building against your burst. This can cut into that a bit and allow you to further shut them down. Maybe switch this out with a Life Steal item so that you stay well rounded. Though
can also help to keep those enemies in line.
is always a nice thing to get if you want to get max cool down. I have used this with Chronos' Pendant before and was basically never without my abilities when in late game. It also helps you when you need to get some Physical Protection and you're getting beat up bad.
may not have any cooldown but it is wicked good for Physical Protection. This build has led me to a lot of victories with Nu Wa. It could just be that burst, but even with the lastest Nerf on her she is still dominating the game. She is pretty balanced and ability focused, but I adore her. Not to mention that I love finish ultimates. I cannot count the number of times I have killed an enemy player who had just recalled to fountain to heal at basically no health. ^^ Though I find that in lane she is also very key, especially in Joust and team fights, where she can stun and allow her teammates to beat multiple players up while she just waits to catch the ones who made it to safety.

She was born to sleigh....

Is there any way to make her 2 (Clay Soldiers) prioritize the enemy instead of minions? It is very annoying when I try to kill or defend myself and the ability simply ignores the enemy in front of me and prioritizes the minions. I appreciate any advices.
Nope, it's impossible. The only way to get them to attack enemy gods is to clear the wave before attacking.
I would also add in that
Wouldn't it be better for your damage to fit in an Obsidian Shard for the pen?
The answer to this inquiry is a definitive YES. Always build a penetration item.
I am kinda new to Smite and I dont know what active should i buy on Nu Wa. Can you advice me please? Or add it to your guide if possible.
Thanks.
Nice Job! :) +1
