first off sorry for the magic start not being at the top I didn't mean for it to be like that and it would have been too much work and effort thrown away to fix it now on to the guide. Pele solo is unpopular but for those willing to try it id like to share my build and thought process. pele, in the beginning, is a little squishy hence why I rush straight into a defense item then go into boots once you get the first defense item you can play more aggressively.an important thing to keep in mind when playing pele solo is your passive 
Everlasting Flame it gives you more sustain and it works at its peak when mixed with Soul Eater and Caduceus Shield giving you your sustain. when choosing your starter and relic its to your own preference and what your comfterble with I personally go Bluestone Pendant and Teleport Glyph but some prefer not to use teleport glyph so I threw in other options. when going against basic attack warriors like 
Bellona or 
Osiris I recommend building Midgardian Mail instead of Mystical Mail

cons:
squishy until defense is built so squishy early game
early game you most likely will get ganked a lot so its something to be aware of

In trying to adapt her to that role just for fun, I think I'd probably build a bit differently.
Firstly, with regard to early skill leveling, I think I'd still go with the standard Pele leveling. I'd start with the 3 at level 1. You'll be typically accompanied by the Jungler from Speed to the 2 harpy camps to the Mana buff, so that is going to save you some early mana use until you pick up that mana buff, and the 3 is pretty good at level 1 clear for her anyway. At level 2, I'd get Pyro, and then, depending on the situation, at level 3 I'd put another into Pyro, or if I think I can be aggressive, I might put a point into the 2. Probably 3, 1, 1, 2, ult would be my normal leveling there.
As for build. I think Bluestone functions well to help with her early clear. I don't feel she'll want to challenge one of the standard Warriors that early in the match as they're going to be inherently more tanky, so early, it's probably more about clearing wave. You can probably safely do that near/under your tower, so I don't know if I'd go into
Honestly, I don't know how I'd build her. I'd be interested in others' takes on how they'd build her if taking her into Solo.
