Brawlers is anti-heal, so against a carry with high healing its probably better than The Crusher
I prefer Rage as the 7th item to start hitting crits, and your attack speed will already be high, bloodforge would be my rarest pick, but could help if I was losing a lot of one on ones to carry

Max Spirit Arrow as soon as you can, I wait on backflip for a while, but if you are getting ganked by jungle early, you might want to get it. The weave combo isn't great early so don't worry about that
This is my first build, so I hope it is good at least, I would appreciate any comments of opinions on it. I've been playing Neith for a while and this seems like the best build I have used.

That power curve gives her a pretty solid early/mid game once you get stacked Trans and boots online.
As for your late game items, I'd agree that Heartseeker is a solid item.
Also with Neith, you could consider building more ability based and less auto-attack focused if you're able to do so. Items like Jotunn's Wrath are good there and you could build Titan's Bane instead of The Executioner. I might mention that Heartseeker is arguably stronger in an ability based build than in an auto-attack build as well.
But her normal strong items are going to be those you chose BEFORE replacement. All of those are good items for her. Getting crit late is a bit late for Rage stacking...though anything can work depending on situation.
I forgot to mention listing both Mantle of Discord and Magi's Cloak as possible late-game defensive items depending upon what you need. The former is good for burst assassins because you can usually escape when low; and the latter is for heavy CC comps so you're not always burning your beads and it should help with [[Awilix]'s ult as long as the passive is up.
