Passive: Behind You!Behind You!
Loki deals more damage from his basic attacks when hitting enemies from behind. His basic attacks also utilize a five swing progressive chain.
Ability Type: Buff
Bonus Damage: 20%
As Loki, you should be noting this down all the time. Always try and stab someone in the backside to maximize your damage efficiency.
Ability 1:
Vanish
Loki disappears in a puff of smoke. While invisible, he moves faster, removes and gains immunity to slow effects and takes 25% less damage. His next basic attack from stealth (or for 2s after) applies a bleed to his target, dealing damage every .5s and reveals Loki.
Ability Type: Melee Target
Damage per Tick: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+25% of your physical power)
Maximum Damage: 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 / 360 (+100% of your physical power)
Damage Duration: 2s
Stealth Duration: 4s
Stealth Movement Speed: 35%
Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90
Cooldown: 15s
Now this is what makes Loki annoying and yet so much fun. You basically go invisible for 4 seconds and has the ability to move faster, take less damage and become immune to slows. Use this to safely put down Decoy or to set up for your main combo.
Ability 2: decoyDecoy
Loki spawns a decoy version of himself that taunts all nearby enemy minions. After a short time, the decoy explodes dealing damage to all enemies in the radius.
Ability Type: Ground Target
Damage: 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+100% of your physical power)
Decoy Lifetime: 3s
Radius: 20
Cost: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80
Cooldown: 14s
His main way of clearing lane and probably the best. He taunts minions to attack the decoy and then sends them straight to Valhalla with a bang. Use this to clear waves and get some free hits at a buff camp from behind.
Ability 3: Aimed StrikeAimed Strike
Upon activation, Loki's next basic attack does additional damage within a short time. The enemy hit is also slowed.
Ability Type: Buff
Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+100% of your physical power)
Buff Lifetime: 5s
Slow: 25%
Slow Duration: 3s
Cost: 50
Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8s
The main burst from
Loki's damage will come from this ability which can add on 220 to his regular attack and slow. Abuse this when you can and always try to get a sneaky back stab with it.
Ultimate:
Assassinate
Upon activation, Loki teleports to his ground target location. If an enemy god is within the radius, Loki will backstab that target doing damage and stunning them.
Ability Type: Teleport
Damage: 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450 (+120% of your physical power)
Stun: 1s
Cost: 100
Cooldown: 90s
Ah
Assassinate, how fun you are to use. You basically get a free hit in from using this and can half health most squishies if used on them. Don't bother using this on tanks unless you've got a good amount of pen to your name.
P.S After the last update I have build bloodforge in ranked too with my build, well it works well, yet I think it's for some hunters like Ah Muzen Cab to survive.

I am not sure, I found that item very entertaining since, I used to build SCS as the last item, replacing it with Bloodforge and using Brawler's instead of Hydra's wasn't a bad idea in general. Yet I prefer to not use it.

So, if you think you need this shield to survive your "little job", then yes, it's a good option.
However, 400 hp is not going to save you if you are caught during a teamfight.
The other option I could see is to replace
You will trade few power for that passive, but you may have some mana issues during the game I guess.
Personally, I don't think the item is worth it's price, not on

Nope, the only option is to replace
That doesn't make sense.
You replace
If you really need
Also, note that if you get kill stealed, you won't get the shield that would have saved your life.
Plus,
Finally, note that I said it would not be optimal to include it in the build, but it could be "considered".

I know
That's what I tell you, you lose a lot of Pen/Power, and in order to fill it up you need to leave one pen item as it is, that's why you need to replace Hydra's, yet it's very playable without that much pen, I like the idea of buying

I think of it as more of a snowball item, if your snowballing, go ahead and pick it up, if not, then dont.

I build
@gibzy They're recommendations, take them as you will but that's what I suggest.
Speaking of which,
You should not use your decoy to get damage on a god, he can just leave the radius, However, using it to distract the minions while you ult and assassinate a target is a good option.
Your also lacking reasons as to why you chose your items.
And also, You don't mention how to play with him in teamfights.
