Introduction

First off, King Arthur is one of the best (if not the best) warriors in the game. The main problem I see is people getting in over their heads in the early game and they instead end up feeding. His early game is more of using the minions as shields until he gets Gladiator's Shield and can rapidly heal off of the enemy minion wave.

Items

The items I've selected have won me basically every fight I've gotten into, Which in some cases were 1v2 or 1v3.

Gladiator's Shield will give you a little physical defense and allow you to heal back a lot of damage.

Blackthorn Hammer will give you a very large mana and HP boost.

Pestilence will give you a huge defense against magical targets and greatly reduce nearby enemy healing.

Void Shield will boost you slightly in HP and power while also giving you defense against physical targets and debuffing enemy physical protections.

Stone Of Gaia will give a large increase in HP and HP/Mana regeneration.

Combo

Battle Stomp -> Uppercut - > Overhead Slash -> Hamstring -> and then you can continue the chase with Twin Cleave and Bladestorm or finish the target with Excalibur's Wrath

Pros / Cons

Pros

  • Good area damage
  • High sustain when built properly
  • Pit anyone against him in a 1v1 and he'll probably rip them apart

Cons

  • Anti-heal can slow his regeneration badly
  • Can be overwhelmed easily by anything other than 1v1 or 1v2

Team Work

King Arthur is not exactly known for his team plays, but he can do pretty nice area damage and protections shred to multiple targets while tanking a lot of incoming damage or take someone out of the fight for a bit with his ultimate.

He is an amazing solo in conquest against just about anyone and there have been plenty of times were the jungler decided to jump in and 1v2 him and end up dead as well. A lot of players tend to underestimate his power and gang up on him only to end up giving him even more kills.

Why no genjis guard? I saw inters3ct suggest it in his video guide.

I wouldn’t bother with genji’s because you’re going to get 20% CDR from Pridwen which you should be building on him at some point in your build.

I wouldn't recommend Stone of Gaia unless you are facing something that is applying a lot of CCs on you. Also with this few defenses and all this HP you may be easily shut down by Qin's Sais and Soul Reaver due the lack of higher protections.

This build has just worked really well for me, but yeah I see where the Qin's and Reaver passives could counter it. Also though even if you remove Gaia you still have over 2750 HP at level 20, So the passives would still do maximum on you.

But you can put a Mantle of Discord instead, so you can mitigate more damage from this items. Also, if people rush antiheal, you probably lose the most important thing in gaia, the healing.

The build is okay, you just don't need gaia in most situations.
