Hi, if you didn't check who this guide is by its by me, Space. Currently right now I'm a mastery 10 (diamond) Artemis and this build works great.

Why Artemis

The reason why I chose to post this build at the time I looked for at the Artemis builds there was only 1 build with no explanation and the author wouldn't respond to any of the comments so I thought I would make a build for anybody looking for one.

With this build in a Conquest game I went 29 and 0 and got a penta kill so for me this build works great.

Why does it say sell Devourer's Gauntlet late for Bloodforge by your notes? You don't need to sell a fully stacked devourers lategame. Keep it in your build. Selling it is a waste of gold.

You still haven't fixed the build yet. So im going to help.

Start: , , 2 health pots and 2 multi pots. (ditch the potions if this is for arena and get instead, skipping hunters blessing).

Build: , , /, ,Wind Demon.

Much better. If the game goes on long enough, you can sell your boots for a speed pot and get if needed; that or another power item without attack speed.

I assumed this was for arena due to the build quality, but for conquest I would prefer devourers. Still bloodforge is an option.

I have no problem with BF in Arena, but I argued below that it's a bit expensive as the second item even there. I'd get it first in Assault, but later in the build in any other mode.

Perfect, Space. THIS is what should happen when people provide feedback. The build creator doesn't just take the word of others unless perhaps they know they're not experienced at building at all and/or they know the people telling them are absolutely correct.

The best point here is that you're here to share and learn, and comments and discussion improve knowledge, or foster further discussion to get a better understanding overall.

In this case, the item choices aren't terribly wrong. There are a few shifts that would make this significantly better for build flow. Warrior instead of Ninja is often preferred for Art, but Ninja isn't necessarily bad. PS is often a preferred crit item for Art due to its passive activating her passive, and you'd sub out either WD or Rage for that. BF is built later if you build it at all (Devo's early is normal), and Exe often built earlier. But again, not huge shifts...just improved build order, and it's for specific reasons.

And if you do feel the people telling you improvements can be made, you can also archive the build, then do your tests, and depending on how you feel about things, republish after making any adjustments you decide to make.

You can't expect him to change the entire build immediately. One small step at a time. I was gonna wait for him to respond before telling him to fix his start and some of his items. Let's give him a chance to learn instead of scaring him away.

What Boogie said. I'll elaborate on it, though:

Start with , , s and either s or s.

Full build would be something like:

, (finish this before dev), , , , . Sell the blessing late for either wind demon or / if you need defense. If the game goes on long enough to buy an , get a power item. You can also sell dev for late and Ich for if you need anti-heal.

Some points:

Art doesn't need Ninja Tabi because of Vengeful Assault and crits work better off of power than attack speed, which is why you build Warrior Tabi instead.
As Boogie pointed out, Bloodforge is being built way too early. Sure it has decent stats, but it's 2,800 gold and that will put your build behind everybody else and make it difficult to catch up. Dev, on the other hand, is only 2,300 gold and is easily stacked. In conquest you'll feel that 500 gold difference: it's the price of a Potion of Physical Might.
Poisoned star is a great boxing tool for Art and should be built after Ich and before executioner. Ich provides good AS and pen, so exe can be delayed so you can get your crit online sooner.
You can replace Ich with wind demon late, just note you'll likely overcap your AS when you activate Art's steroid.

Selling devourers gauntlet late game for bloodforge isnt something i would recommend. I think priority should be elixir of power as soon as you get your build completed.

I'm waiting for BF to not be built 2nd in Conquest, and for Exe to be considered core and built earlier, before I upvote. These are essential components that should be known.

If building into Rage, it should be built earlier. Move from there into DB as a second crit item (but only after Exe is built).

Thanks for listening to feedback. This is looking a lot better. May want to consider warrior tabi since you are getting wind demon. Some other changes are needed to items and purchase order

Hi Space,

You may find good results with this, but guaranteed you're missing out on some important pen function, which will especially hinder your damage against tanks. is a core item on any hunter building for DPS (rather than ability use, like Neith might, for example).

90% crit chance is not needed. It's nice, sure, but not when you're missing said pen.

O-Bow, or any other item that provides 0 power, is NOT recommended when building crit. Crit scales off power. Anytime you build items with 0 power, you're not adding to the crit damage potential...only how often you hit them. This may seem like give and take, but the thing you're missing is that you CAN get crit function, AND some attack speed with it. It's called Wind Demon, and/or . needs to go in this build...just really not suggested. I know what it does, but I'm just saying it's not worth what it's doing. If you do incorporate both WD and PS, then goes too.

Most common and functional (IMO) Art build would be Devo's early or BF late, Tabi of choice (depends on the rest of the build), Exe, WD, DB, and PS, with order flexible to some degree.

You lack any serious penetration/protection reduction, which means your crits aren't hitting for as hard as they can be. I'd swap out for because the former is **** and its passive isn't all that good. I'd also consider getting rid of O-bow because you can overcap your attack speed. Get wind demon or instead.

Your build is way too expensive early. The reason most AA hunters start with is because it's cheap power and life steal right out of the gate. is a nice, late game luxury item, but good luck getting it and the rest of your build online because of how expensive it is.
