Reasons your build needs improvement:
1) crit on a warrior is bad. Warriors are supposed to be the physical tank of a team composition.
2) for the sake of argument, let us say crits were ok on wukong. You only have one crit item. Just play a hunter if you want crits so badly.
3) transcendence this late in your build? May as well build something else.

If author does not respond to criticism in a fair amount of time, I will consider this build to be troll which intentionally spreads bad information to newer players.
