132 Destruction (S3 Guide)

Hey there! Welcome to my first Smitefire guide & today, I'll kick things off with my first diamond god,Ah Puch! Now, Ah Puch is a great mage that utilizes burst damage, anti healing and troublesome slows! I wanted to create this guide so that you could pick him up and have fun with this god!

Ah Puch is a Mayan Mage capable of bursting down his victims with the use of his abilities. He is a very potent team fighter cause of his abilities that hit like a truck. However, He is not like Zeus or Kukulkan where you can just use everything in your kit and tear sh!t up. Ah Puch requires some aiming with his abilities.

[Pros]
[*] Extreme burst damage
[*] A healers worst nightmare (with the use of divine ruin)
[*] Useful passive
[*] Can clear minion waves instantly

[Cons]
[*] Relatively Slow
[*] Mana hungry in Early-Mid
[*] Very Squishy
[*] Quite poor in 1v1 situations

Undead Surge
This is your main resource for sustainability. It grant's Ah Puch with 5% maximum health and 3% maximum mana. It can make you stay in lane a bit longer. This also restores the cool down of your 1 and 2 (this is extremely important if you have someone targeting you). However, you can only eat/summon six corpses [/color]


Undead Surge
This is your slow and your most important ability). At rank 3, Ah Puch can summon two corpses and create even more chaos! You'd want to use this ability to heal, as with 2 corpses, You can throw out this ability again for offense or self sustain. [/color]


Corpse Explosion
This is what makes Ah Puch the Horrific god of Decay. Ah Puch casts an AOE that explodes the corpses within it. This ability does **** loads of damage depending on the number of corpses within the AOE. It can cause groups of gods to retreat outright.[/color]



Fleeting Breath
Ah Puch's anti heal/poison. This ability puts a dot on the opponent that last's for 4 seconds long. If anyone attempts to heal while being dotted, this ability can stuns the opponent for 1.5 seconds. It should be noted that this ability has no benefits from his passive. [/color]




Empty the Crypts
This is Ah Puch's ult. It has the widest AOE in the game and slows anyone within it. This ability is extremely useful for engages & disengages against enemy players/teams. [/color][/color]

Shoes of Focus
This is what you should be getting for Ah Puch instead of . It's all around great item for him.


Chronos' Pendant
This neat item is your main source of CDR. It gives a decent amount of magical power (+75), MP5 (+25) and 20% CDR. This item is necessary on Ah Puch.

Warlock's Sash
Warlock's Sash
Warlock's Sash The alternative stack item to [icon=Book of Thoth}, this item gives him more health and mana as to damage.


Gem of Isolation
A very important item on Ah Puch, It will give you +70 magical power, +250 mana/health & an additional 25 slow for your abilities. Buying this item will make your 1 & 4 even more annoying in team fights.


Mail of Renewal
Personally, I like building this item on Ah Puch. Getting kills with this guy is really easy. Also, this item gives a bit of cooldown and some health.


Rod of Tahuti
No explanation needed for this item since, it's build on all mages and Ah Puch is no exception.

Spear of Desolation
Another amazing mage item, It gives you CDR from killing enemy gods, some magical pen and loads of magical power.


Divine Ruin
] A very good counterbuilding item on Ah Puch, Use this item if the enemy team has a Healer like Sylvanus, Aphrodite or Chang'e


Breastplate of Valor
I buy this item mainly for cooldown and some defense against gods like Bakasura or Serqet who can tear you apart in seconds.

Spear of the Magus
This item is absolutely absolutely insane on Ah Puch. This is a great damaging item on him.

Ah Puch is a very fun (and underrated) mage in the game. His burst damage is definitely on par with Anubis and even Zeus. He isn't seen a whole lot competitively. But, I want you to play with this mage, you won't regret it. Kukulkan, eat your heart out.
