Music Interests (Off Topic)

WHAAAA?!? THOSE ARE AWESOME! And I haven't even played some of those games before! I need to play some of those now after hearing bits of the soundtrack.

Can this just turn into a videogame music thread? lol

I will post some of my favorites when I get a chance to sit down and make a list.

I still have more songs I want to share.

I mostly listen to Pop & Rock songs, with my favourite song of all time probably being Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park. It's one of the only songs I always enjoy listening to, while in most other cases I tend to be really into a new song I've heard but then I play it so often that I eventually never want to hear it again x)

As for my favourite artist (or band, rather), well... This wouldn't exactly make me the cool kid in class (I never was), but in the late 90's / early 2000's boybands were pretty huge and I've listened to the Backstreet Boys ever since.

@Wayne, yea Linkin Park is great. I also listen to new songs until I get tired of them, lol. Need to stop doing that...



As far as videogame music, I can't possibly list all of my favorites, but a few things come to mind (It will be pretty obvious that I grew up a Nintendo kid).

As the name implies, I mostly like techno. Going into specifics though, I like covers and remixes, and I also like game and anime music.

Sometimes, I like to listen to more unconventional stuff.

Those were awesome! I would have never guessed Technotoad liked Techno.

I thought that marble machine was badass.

I do have too say some anime songs are good however in most cases I don't really like most opening songs as they are in japanese XD.

Well, you're not missing anything. It's just a tone I listen to when I need to clear my head. I always have to wear headphones, though, since it drives everyone around me crazy (even dogs).
