Nobody cares with these stories
As a Soulsborne and former Destiny player, I have to say that I do like when the story isn’t told in a tradicional way and you have to collect the bits and pieces together to understand it.
However, it should be well made. Not sure if that’s the case with Smite. I only know the story up to Hera’s release, because I really like her character.
