okay so i'll just get straight to the point.

since today i am 17 years old :D yay.

and i wanted to make some anouncments.

somewhere in the coming 30ish days i will make a very large blog which will contain a few things.

the first thing which i want to be the main focus of that blog is thanking the people i respect greatly on this site. these people i want to thank for the great experience's they have given me and have helped me grow as a person.

the second thing is an apology i have to make to one spesific member which i should have done months ago. um... better late then never?

the third thing is me riffing the absolute hell out of a few people who need it very hard but it will be... reletivly short compared to the thanking part.

the reason i am going to do this is because...

What I do find unappealing is playing is playing a game that involves being competitive.

And yet when I do make myself play one game of it I end up being okay with it.

But the thought of doing one game makes me uneasy for some reason...

Maybe its the fear of getting BMed. Example is Heartstone and Smite. Especially Heartstone. I just hate it when people use the emotes. Especially at times when it looks like their making fun of you. I swear, the emotes are more worse than what you can actually say in typing because you can't even tell what they're thinking so you can only think of the worse. Competitive games are full of *******s

During the course of a regular moba match you are more than likely to suffer any of the following slurs: ******, ****er, ******,and a multitude of racial slurs. Now why is that the case?

Simple enough competition, it brings the best and worst in us more often than not the worst.

The funny thing is that I also migrated to the moba community from an equally infamously toxic community known as the fps(Quake, Unreal Tournament, Team Fortress 2, Halo, and the most infamous COD).

Now this is the kicker. In my experience the moba is more consistently toxic than the fps community. Note the wording consistently you can find more extreme examples in the fps community but you run into more toxic players in mobas. Then it hit me in the middle of a conquest match while being called a ****** by some cretin "I don't want to deal with this person for the next 20 or so minuets" and in an fps I could just leave without punishment.

Hey SmiteFire. The title says it all. I have been on SmiteFire for a year. Well, I was not that active due to exams and such stuff, but well after I will pass them (hopefully) I will be more active.

For the guys who don't know me : My name's David (In game name :GeouZu). I have been playing Smite for more then a year now. I usually play support and mid and I am the author of 3 guides here, on SmiteFire, although they are a bit out of date but I will update them soon eventually.

I hope then soon I will have some more time to write more guides, and I already have some plans for them too.

Anyway, I want to thank everybody who I met here and who helped me out. You are too many to list here but not that much to forget anyone ;) Again - thanks for this year SF, and I am really looking towards the next year ( When I will eventually finish those damned exams, and be free :D )

Hey everyone! You may or may not have noticed but I was absent for the most part for 2 and a half weeks. I actually took a trip to India and it was pretty fun!

Letting everyone know once I get caught up with my schoolwork I missed and everything I'll be back to working on my guides (I know I've been really slow).

I haven't been able to watch most of the SWC since I came back home this morning at around 2 in the morning and unfortunately suffering from some jetlag, so this week will be veeery slow.

I'm also extremely excited for the changes coming up - new gods, new map, new league season - jeez. Hallo!

So I tried it out again, and I have more to say.

I've gotten over the whole no items thing. Well, mostly because of the talents system.

I also now understand that ultimates have to be weaker in HotS just because of the way the game is played.

However, I am still dissatisfied. Because now that I actually understand the game... well, I understand the game.

Toxic. Everywhere. Literally, you can tell if you're playing with people from LoL, and most of the time, you are. It's pathetic.

Balance issues, holy ****. Melee Assassins are insanely powerful, and nothing can stop them. I main Malfurion, so my plan was if there is a melee assassin on the other team, I would get Shrink Ray.

Two problems: One, there's ALWAYS a melee assassin on the other team. ALWAYS. And second, it doesn't ****ing do anything, Zeradul still 2 shots me before I can do anything.

Don't give me that, they're squishy ********, because Zeradul has a cloak and a blink, so he's impossible to focus.
