Trying to be Active

So, I'm trying to be active again. Since many people left, I think we need more people and a used to be active person can be a good thing. And additionally, i have some of my problems lifted lately. BUT, i won't be active in SMITEfire, ok, not only SMITEfire. I wanted to be active in the fire sites and become the second Janitsu :P

I need help!
I cant log into smite because it takes me to a login screen where I cant click on the type boxes and it looks a little different at the top. but I can click on everything but the type boxes. If you know how to help pm me please.

About a half a year ago or so, I would have easily said that SmiteFire is a great place to discuss Smite because the members tend to discuss, and sometimes debate, Smite in a mature fashion.

What a joke that's turned out to be. Turns out, there's maybe only a handful of mature people that have been on this site in the last few months because there are many more that are just absolutely childish and have run this forum nearly into the ground. So many people are quitting/have left, though, some of them have been part of the problem as well. I mean, isn't it sad that the discussions/responses that gain the most attention are the ones that even Reddit users would down vote? And we've had the audacity to talk **** on the Smite sub-Reddit..

Hell, I haven't posted or done anything on this site in weeks because, honestly, I just didn't feel like being here. Can only imagine what potential new users would feel like seeing what gets the most attention around here.

well let's just get this done and not drag it out.

before i start the 3 section of this blog i'd like to get a few things out of the way about some of the comments on the last blog. first of thank you for the birthday wishes, but the few comments i'd like to react to are mowens, nex, devampi's and... ofcourse janitsu's.

I am not trying to blackmail the mods, but if idiotic behavior is allowed to go on when it is specifically and obviously pre meditated and completely overt, there is no point in being here.

I haven't been active lately.

I've committed myself into making two more Dissecting Smites. Counterplay and Flexibility. Then I'm done. I'm gone. It's about time, wouldn't you say?

I'll make another blog post when that time comes, explaining why.

So it ain't goodbye yet, but it will be soon. Cya.

Breakthrough to Diamond (psssh... 1v1)

I never hoped to get to diamond thinking I was MLG when I was at gold 1. How did I start liking 1v1's? Back when it was a casual gamemode, I loved it! Not to mention some youtubers that I aspired to be like. (some even getting an 100 - 0 record!)

I went from bronze 5 to gold I believe. I jogged up a couple of tiers in gold and got stuck at gold 1 for a while. I wasn't nearly as good a jouster as I am now but I was eh... I learned how to head on take someone on. I learned how to outplay someone but not to control the map. I took almost as long in plat and learned so much more. Buff rotations, camp contesting, lane pressure, back-dooring (stronger than you'd think), and even adding more to basic dueling.

I was content with the plat border I get from the season 1 rewards until I started watching more streamers, youtubers, and just making sense of what's happening while they're in the jungle. I started winning a lot more, got all the way from plat 4 to plat 2. And then I'm like, I'm defi…
