Just to throw this out there, This is my first guide. I know it's not very aesthetically pleasing. Feel free to share your opinion and tell me if I left anything out and I'll add it.
I play the Console version of smite, with nearly 700 hours. I started out on PC with nearly 500 hours but switched when it came to console, due to a bad PC. I do not play very much ranked, since I play with about 3-4 friends on the game. I am very flexible in the game, and can play any of the 5 roles, relatively well
I have a Youtube Channel, that I plan on resurrecting when I graduate: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC01yHuOjmSDNyojkMnhMDBA
I also have a Twitch account, that I use to occasionally stream through my PS4: https://www.twitch.tv/harambeplayzgamez

-Bloodforge is either a hit or miss item on lots of players. I tend to only use bloodforge when I play squishy assassins, that will be targeted late game. Like Da Ji. This item helps when fighting more then one opponent. The shield allows you to keep fighting afterwards, if their is no chance of escape.
2/23/18 Added Crusher to alternative items
