This build has pretty much everything. Sustain, flat pen, % pen, attack speed, crit. Best part about it is that as soon as you get that crusher you get quite the boost in power.

Dark Portal and 
Spectral Projection at level 9. Another thing you could consider is replacing Spectral Projection with 
Sickle Storm Why? Well it gives you a lot of potential for fights in case your support leaves you early or you are 1v1 a lot.

If you are brave enough you could use Fade Away to try and sneak to an opponent and use ur Dark Portal to cc an enemy and deal a good damage, leaving him vulnerable for Spectral Projection and a barrage from your Sickle Storm
Another thing is abusing ur pressure, Iza has a really good early clear u can definatly abuse it and invade the enemies jungle. I dont recommend doing it if have no wards however, the last thing u want is the jungler chasing you and killing you.

Also keep in mind that english is not my native language and i play mostly casual, I do play multiple gamemodes including Conquest, Joust, Slash and Assault. I just dont like Arena too much :D.
