Buy Chronos Pendant, then as many health and mana potions as you can (most likely two of each), then get Meditation Cloak (not upgrade).
If you think you can survive without the CDR and MP5 the go Pythagorem's Piece instead of Chronos Pendant. I recommend this route for modes other than assault.

I would build like this instead: Chronos' Pendant, Shoes of the Magi, Bancroft's Talon, Soul Reaver, Obsidian Shard, Soul Gem.
In any case, I'll comment on your build, which I find (no offense) to be lacking.
Assault mode often has a healer, and even when team healers aren't present, anti-heal is a common pickup (at least in my experience). You're really, really asking to be shut down hard by building all that lifesteal (3 items!!!).
In other respects, I think you're hindering your potential damage output. I do feel that Chronos' Pendant is likely the best starting item, though i'd probably go more Mana Potions than Health Potions, mostly because you can heal up some of your health with Radiance, and you can use it often due to the 20% CDR from Chronos' Pendant.
You're lacking in enough penetration (only item you have is Shoes of the Magi, which just isn't enough. Drop at least one of your lifesteal items and add at least one pen item. Bancroft's Talon + Typhon's Fang is fine if you eventually focus on basic attacks and boxing. Soul Gem either as a standalone or with Typhon's Fang is okay if you're going for more ability use. I do also note that you mention Pythagorem's Piece, which is also a great item, especially for teamfight modes.
For that pen you're lacking, you can go Divine Ruin to counter enemy healing, Obsidian Shard if facing a very tanky enemy comp, Spear of Desolation as a general, balanced offensive item, or Demonic Grip if you want to focus more on basic attacks late-game.
I also feel Gem of Isolation is situational at best...not core. Other teammates might get slowing items, or have lots of slows or hard CC in their kits, and you might do better by concentrating even more on damage.
To summarize, as the build stands, I cannot recommend it. Feel it's too easily countered with anti-heal, and is lacking in pen to maximize her damage output (which really is the most important contribution she can make to her team).
