Just for the record, the purchase order is from left to right. I don't know if you knew this, but your purchase order is not very good; which is rather ironic given your chosen username.

Your build has very little pen and no added movement speed. Sure 18% may not sound like much, but you still need because Anubis has no escapes. Get Shoes of the Magi first then sell them for Shoes of Focus or another MS item later on.
As stated above, you only have one pen item: Spear of Desolation. It's a good item, but 15 flat pen isn't going to do much for you late game when all gods have at least 48 magical protections if they don't build extra. This means you still have to deal with 33 magical protections, which will cut into your potential damage. Add the lack of any type of movement speed and you can pretty much forget about chasing anybody down to kill them unless they're stupid and don't run away quickly enough. You also have no chance of escaping without some serious team help because of how slow you are.
Book of Thoth is built way to late to be of any real use because by the time you buy it, you'll have a hard time stacking it and it's pretty much useless without the stacks, especially after the nerf that is coming for it. Either buy it right after shoes or don't buy it at all.
Soul Gem is better on mages that have some type of escape (or those who have healing like Hel) and don't expect to be trading hits much. Anubis isn't one of those mages. Get Bancroft's Talon instead.
Rod of Tahuti isn't a very powerful item right now but I can see it being good on Death Gaze. I still say it's a situational pickup against a mostly squishy team (e.g. a team that either doesn't build into magical defense or only builds one item).
Spear of the Magus is pretty much core on him due to his Mummify-> Grasping Hands combo as well as his ult because hands and gaze both have ticking damage. Plague of Locusts also has ticking damage, but it's harder to confirm.
You're missing a lot of situational items like Mantle of Discord, Magi's Cloak, and Obsidian Shard. The first two help with his survivability while shard helps with his damage output against tanks if you're having issues sticking to them.

All-in-all, this build is very much stoppable if the opposing team knows what they're doing because of how easy it would be to shut you down. Oh, and you should change your username as well because it doesn't help any arguments made against archiving this very trollish build.

Aboobies and no Bancroft? And Soul gem? Book in the end of the build, so how you are going to stack it?

With no MS on a god that has no mobility, this is basically troll. Archived for now, can be republished if this is fixed, though a good amount of the items chosen aren't good / optimal either.
