While this build doesn't have a lot of hp, it makes Amaterasu nearly impossible to kill late game through Spirit Robe passive and the 40% CCR. Sell boots for Caduceus shield or Toxic Blade if you need anti heal.

Amaterasu is a warrior who stands out from the pack because she excels in the mid to late game. While most warriors fall off and become less impactful as the game goes on, Ama's damage mitigation, objective shred, high mobility, and great team fight ultimate make her the best late game solo laner.
Strengths:
- Good wave clear.
- Great buff secure.
- Built-in sustain.
- Built-in damage mitigation.
- Very safe and mobile.
- Great team fight ult.
- Good objective shred.
- Great late game.
Weaknesses:
- Bad early game.
- Her dash can be body blocked.
Amaterasu has more freedom that other solos when choosing her relics. She's not a lane pressure solo so she doesn't have to get Teleport Glyph, and she has a very easy time getting to the enemy backline so Blink Rune isn't necessary either. While both these relics are good, Ama has more options which allows her have a better impact in team fights. Magic Shell, Heavenly Wings, Belt of Frenzy, Horrific Emblem, and Phantom Veil, are all relics which are useful in team fights because they help Amaterasu and her team. Cursed Ankh counters healers and Sundering Spear destroys shields so it's mostly used to counter Nike. An upgraded Sunder makes the target take more damage and is good if you want to quickly blow up one person and take them off the map. Shield of Thorns is a relic that reflects damage back to people and is a solo laner's best tool when diving adc's.
Start off by buying Warrior's Blessing and Chalice of Healing. If you're against a low pressure god buy Boots. If you're against a high pressure god get 2-3 Healing Potions or Multi Potions instead of boots. Good first relics are Blink Rune, Teleport Glyph, and Magic Shell.
Go to your blue buff and stay there until it spawns. Clear it as fast as possible and then head to the wave. Tell your jungler to do your blue before their back camps.
In lane just focus on clearing. Amaterasu wants to get out of the early game smoothly and the easiest way to do that is to clear the wave before it goes under your tower and stay safe.
Once you have 1550 gold, back and buy Ninja Tabi then return to lane.
As the solo laner and frontline during team fights you want to be initiating for your jungler and pressuring their backline so they're not free casting onto your team. Amaterasu wants to use her mobility to get onto the backline. Then she uses her 2 for the damage mitigation and Shield of Thorns if she's on the enemy adc. Amaterasu should do deal as much damage as possible to get the enemy to use their escape. After that, they can't get away from her ultimate Dazzling Offensive and will either die or have to use their relics. Ama should also use her ultimate to immune any CC that could potentially kill her.
With Frostbound Hammer, Amaterasu can keep punish an out of position enemy because they'll be forced to use their escape which then allows Ama to get her ultimate off on them. While Solos and Supports usually can't be killed by Amaterasu alone, the slow on Frostbound gives your teammates time to get there.
When your team is on an objective, like the Fire Giant, before you go to zone, auto attack it three times so Amaterasu's passive Illuminating Strike procs. The Fire Giant would now take 10% more damage and be much easier to clear.
Just like the first tip, in team fights, you can quickly hit a tank to get your passive on them before you go onto the backline. The extra damage taken helps your carries kill them.
Amaterasu's aura buff on her first ability Divine Presence is extremely powerful. Not only does it give movement speed to help your team engage, retreat, or just rotate around the map faster, it also gives power in the other stance. This power on top of her passive is what lets her and her team shred objectives so easily.
Ama's dash silences enemies in front of her so she can use it to cancel channeled abilities like Jormungandr's Consuming Bellow or Cerberus's Ghastly Breath.
Amaterasu's second ability Heavenly Reflection gives her 15% damage mitigation while channeling so using it right before you get hit with high damage abilities can be a life saver and makes her much more tanky.
Amaterasu is an outstanding solo laner. Her great abilities and presence in team fights makes her shine in the mid to late game. With her only drawback being a weak early game, she has little counter play and can go unpunished most of the time. She only gets stronger as the game goes on which isn't a usual trait in other solo laners since most warriors have a bad late game. In the current meta, there is no reason to not play Amaterasu.

I could understand on an ability based build but not for a Frostbound Hammer build.
Also this is just me but i’d Probably swap Cad Shield for Mantle in one of the Nemean builds (and mention cad shield as a boots replacement option instead). Especially from when they nerfed Nemean to need a little more prots to get 3 block stacks.
Not that it's a bad item but her heal isn't her main focus and most games have antiheal so there are better purchases for sure, like the aforementioned.
