Loki is a easy god to play as long as there is very little hard cc. Loki is a very squishy god meaning it takes very little to kill him. Loki is very good against Mages/Assassins/Hunters. He is not very good at killing Warriors/Guardians. He is a very fun god to play and can easily kill any non Tanky gods.
DISCLAIMER: You don't have to use all those items, they are mainly options. It all depends on your play style.
I hope it works out for you guys, especially the newer guys trying to find your God. Remember not to judge just because of looks or having a bad match, try it out and see what works for you and whether the God you are trying suits you or not.

Vanish provide movement speed while keeping you Invisible from most enemies and a Dot that damages over time. (When You Attack It Removes This Invisibility But Leaves The DOT Effect On Basic For Several Seconds

Decoy Places a decoy and attracts enemy minions and damages them after several seconds this is immune to all damage and can damage enemy gods.

Assassinate When The ability is used you teleport and back stab an enemy and stuns them for 1s (This allows Loki to use Behind You! dealing more damage.)

Vanish - This ability can be used in different ways. You can start attacks with this by sneaking up on them. Arena - This can be used after you kill someone in a crowd with Assassinate, Then use Vanish to get away from the group. Allowing for a clean kill and getaway. |

Decoy - This ability is normally used for killing minions, but this can be used to prevent a tower hit if going to kill an enemy without minions. (This can be very risky but can be very effective if done quickly) Attack/Defense - This can also be used to prevent an enemy from running away or can prevent hits taken from a Hunter (This gives time for Vanish to come back up and allow for an escape) |
Warrior Tabi - These give extra damage compared to  Ninja Tabi which give less power but more attack speed ( Loki Does mot need attack speed because he can kill with few hits) |

Transcendence - This gives Loki extra mana and allows him to use more abilities without having him go back to base often. (I often do not get this in Arena because you back a lot) |

Hydra's Lament - This gives 15% CDR and 25% damage after using an ability for 8s (This allows Loki to do a lot more damage if Loki back stabs, But still allows a lot more damage overall) |

Deathbringer - Death bringer is an amazing item! It allows Loki to do extreeme damage with the 40% crit damage (This helps when Loki crits on a backstab) |
Malice - This allows Loki to apply DOTS to the enemy *75% of users physical power* (This helps a lot with Loki when the enemy  Combat Blink's or uses and ability to escape. The DOTS from Vanish and Malice will kill an enemy that is low and tries to run) |

Titan's Bane - This allows Loki to penetrate through a good bit of physical defense (I normally get this if there are less squishy gods like Mages/Assassins/Hunters and more Warrior/Guardians) |

Jotunn's Wrath - This item is very useful it gives 25% CDR and give some penetration. |

Loki Does Not Do Well With Any Protections It Significantly Reduces His Damage (If There is a need for physical defense get  Breastplate of Valor This give the cooldown needed)(If There is a need for magical defense get  Bulwark of Hope This does not give CDR but can get you out of a tight spot when heath gets low.(If There is a need for both get  Spirit Robe This allows you to retain most of the CDR and helps against hard CC |
Overall Loki is very fun .(He was for me) He can deal high damage but in return he can be easy to counter. I hope this guide was very helpful to anyone who wants to learn how to play Loki. This Guide is the same I use (I only get Malice a bit earlier.
I am now lv 30 and have Loki on Master 5. Arena is my favourite gamemod. You can litterly kill them in a second.
