Devourer Gauntlet is the best start IMO but you could also try Transcendence if you feel like you're constantly out of mana
Ornate arrow is the best starter item for any crit build IMO. Ornate arrow also raises our good doggo's dmg which is really good. Rush tabi before gauntlet. This build is a full Hard carry skadi, very good against Squishy teams with the usual guardian warrior comp. Replace Asi with Qin's Sais if your support is really tanky (Athena for example.)
Build this if you just want to demo towers. The idea is to split push phoenix and use Teleport Glyphto teleport into team fight while it's happening. Make sure you're in comms with your team while using this build.
Sell Boots for Oddysseus's Bow. Ornate arrow provides 25% crit chance which means you get free crit while keeping the attack speed going for Qin's. Note: This build works wonders in solo lane as well.

Teleportation glimph is a very bad relic, even on solo lanners and should only be used if you're doing a boots rush in solo, in adc and mid (which are skadi's main roles) you should never even consider the relic, regardless on whether you're going to splitpush or not.
Frenzy is a support's relic, yet again it should not be built on either a mid or adc regardless on whether you're aplitpushing or not. Beads and aegis are simply way better relics.
As for the build itself I would disadsentivise going for crit with a transcendece build, you'll want to go as much ability power as possible if you're going transcendence and hence for skadi mid I'd suggest going a hunters cowl and morning star for a starting build, if you wish you could also go bluestone pendant in place of cowl for that extra early damage as skadi's early pressure in mid is straight up unrivalled for the first 5 levels.
After this you'll want to go into a transcendence then ninja tabi whilst starting with your first pen item, being crusher/jotumns/brawlers beatstick, all 3 of these are fine here, however jotumns is the best right now.
After this you'll want to go a big power item or more pen, so anything like double mace if they have a healer (which has fallen off but can be done) or maybe a heartseaker or even a blood forge if you're getting a lot of kills as the shield helps drastically, for final item you'll want yout big %pen item so titans bane is the go to for ability based hunters, the build above would be way better for skadi mid than your given split push build as it plays around skadi's ability based nature, she wasnt to burst the enemy down within a second as she has no mobility but very, very high base damage for a hunter a long with mobile block stacks, skadi also sucks with crit as she has no AA stim inside her kit that she can consistently activate, which is usally why she goes ability based and prefers to be in the mid lane, the other ADC builds are fine, they are the meta builds for every hunter adc, even skadi who wouldn't usually go crit goes crit in this meta due to the strength of the stat, in mid however, if you have a physical adc+magical jungler i'd suggest not going your split pusher build (which looks to be like the mid build for skadi) as not only is double crit bad (as it almost mandates 4 spectral armours) but it just doesn't fit skadi's place in mid where she wants to snowball her lane then rotate and gank either duo lane or catch the jungler off guard and kill them. Also failnot isn't worth going, I know, it's funny to watch kaldr crit, but the nerf it took in 8.3 unfortunately killed the item.
Otherwise, the build is fine, just the splitpusher build needs improvements.
also, the build I use for mid is actually the pure damage build that is also included in the guide.
The meta adc build is completely fine, despite me saying I don't like crit skadi I wouldn't really say you can get away with a cowl trans build in adc with her rn due to the meta, but you would be best to change it when crit inevitably gets nerfed.
I did try this build and I think I have more success with my old build. I found myself doing more dmg but my sustain was gone. I think I honestly prefer my old build for me personally because I can actually 1v9 with it. I think since skadi has no escape sustain is all she's got.
Edit: I will change atalanta.
This isn't to say that what Kriega is suggesting isn't solid. It's 100% the meta hunter build. But I mean, having that exact build on every hunter is pretty boring, and I also don't think it's completely necessary. This is a game of variables, so while the meta build may be one of if not the most efficient for power spike / progression, it's also not taking into consideration individual god strengths.
Some people like to go with a power/pen build for Skadi (similar in some ways to Ullr, w/ the mace tree). And Leather Cowl does offer a slight bit of extra safety when you're alone since she has no actual escape ability. It isn't SPL you're playing in, so there's more flexibility for a functional build for you.
But yeah, at this point I would avoid Atalanta's Bow. Asi is still solid for boxing, and something I'd still consider if you were to go for a Cowl / Trans type build.
