*Chronos' Pendant is not stricly necessary for Isis, you may have a strong cooldown but a weak abilities output. Besides, her passive + Potion of Power give her already 20% Cooldown*

Divine Ruin: A MUST, no matter what
Rod of Tahuti: Boosts her abilities output extremely
Spear of Desolation: More pen and cooldown, the better
Etheral Staff: Gives her more health and mana than anything else
Obsidian Shard: It's new passive procs her 4Hits Wind Gusts at 30% of pen
Staff of Myrddinn: Its passive doesn't really shine on Isis, but its stats are what we need after selling the shoes

Fixed builds (The second one you listed is pretty bad - not enough % pen, too much CDR and the typhon's pickup is just straight up dumb):

Note: Isis' passive gives 10% cdr when it's stacked, so your build should have 20% CDR max (not including Power pot) by endgame build (boots sold for 7th item and you have ).

Well... Mid laners do farm more this season, but for me there just isn't a reason to double stack since book of thoth isn't that useful right now to most mage when exists. I don't know. Maybe it's ok if you're getting and with it.

Yes, sorry, forgot obsidian after selling the shoes. Tested E-Staff, Reaver but they don't have the same results. Of course if you are against 2-3 healing heroes, you can buy divine instead of the spear and after selling the shoes you must but the spear anyway.

By lategame magus isn’t that necessary as a boots replacement. I would just sell the boots late for obs shard still even if you got divine over magus. Magus is good against squishies all game but it loses its relevance to tanks lategame (tanks will have a lot of magical prots, magus needs to get stacked while obs shard’s Pen is instant etc...). And besides lategame you will have over enough damage against squishies without magus with a full build.

Magus is good against tanks too in this case, considering your dispel magic decreases their protections by 30% and spears gets stacked with her gust. With just 15 pen and obsidian you won't do much damage as she can actually do with this build.

Yeah the 3 having the magical prot debuff is nice and all but it’s only a 2.5 second debuff, and you’re sometimes going to have to use it for self peel rather than for offence. Lategame using gust to stack magus means the initial hits won’t do much, and you’re only going to benefit from it on your other abilities - and that’s dependent on how many times you hit the enemy with gust. Without gust, her 2 or ult will barely tickle tanks unless you use the 3 (about 9.6 second cooldown with 40% CDR). Also please add Divine Ruin as a situational choice.
