Advantages: Health swing can be significant, especially at full stacks against high health targets. Good power and crowd control reduction.
Disadvantages: No penetration. Weaker effect against lower-health targets.
Restrictions: Magical gods only.
Discussion: This is a utility item mainly purchased for the passive, which provides a health and mana swing (steal from them, give to yourself). Its functional effect in a match is questionable and only more effective against high-health targets. Although it provides good power, without any penetration it has mediocre offensive function at best.
